    Hidden gem

    rating14 Apr 2026

We got a great late deal with Travel Republic for October last year and I have to agree with all the positive reviews. It's a hidden gem tucked away just off the main road in a fabulous central location for all amenities and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were a little concerned because it is next to a bar but we weren't disturbed at all.The apartment itself is tastefully decorated with a modern bathroom and the wifi signal is good which is always a bonus. The owner Mehmet and his staff are friendly and accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. Unlike some other apartments we have stopped at there was no pressure to eat or drink there. I'd just like to make a special mention to the cleaning staff who work exceptionally hard and keep the apartment immaculate. We've stopped at numerous apartments in Icmeler and Marmaris over the years and Ozlem 2 is up there with the very best. The fact that many of the guests return every year is a indicator why it is so popular.Would I stay there again? absolutely! in fact we've booked a week at the beginning of May and are looking forward to having another great time.
