    The worst ever hotel rooms are dirty very old stained bed and carpet Toilet dirt often don’t work damaged furnitureStink withe cigarette smoke Air condition in some of the rooms don’t work The food is very poor not much option Drink as well plus long queueI had to leave from the first day I couldn’t stay No help was available Stay away by all mean's

    Stayed here for 5 nights, was clean and tidy. Staff team were polite, helpful and friendly, funny and approachable throughout our stay. Food a wide variety of dishes very nice. I would not hesitate to book here again Lovely place Staff were fantastic

    Disgusting , disgusting and disgusting on top of that . , water in taps continuously running brown/red water , fan half hanging of wall , toilet stained , carpet stained , wardrobe not attached to wall properly , carpet coming away from stairs k actually slipped and knocked my head on ceiling , cat poo in sauna , rubbish floating in Turkish bath , food not good enough for vermin , no labels on food , witnesses a young boy slip on wet floor (not signage ) he cut his head open blood all on floor with no staff knowledged up to first aid , I was forced to eat out at another £190,98 on top of the all inc . Please people stay away from here , of the country and people we’re not as nice as it was our first Turkey trip would be last

    What a disgrace, ive always been fair with my reviews but turned up to this hotel again as ive stayed before to be told room isnt ready yet, would be around an hour as its a turkish holiday. that was at around 23.00, now its 3.00am still no room and sat in reception, bearing in mind ive paid for the room. Wont put me up anywhere else, take no responsibilty. Absolute joke. Disgraceful. This place couldnt care less about reviews so dont know why i bother, oh yeh just to let you readers make up your own minds
