This hotel is definitely not a 4* it's 2 * at best, very dated and run down the hole place needs a deep clean the staff weren't very friendly ,the food choices and the drinks choices were poor. we know we didn't pay for 5* but for nearly £600 each we expected better from love holidays as we've been with them many times before

Sooo, just back from 10 nights here. 4 adults, 4 children.The hotel is very dated, but that didn't bother us, our room was massive and overlooked the pool we had a fridge but no kettle, but just bought one from the hotel shop, roughly £3.The hotel shop was very reasonable and the man who worked there was lovely.Rooms were cleaned each day and had fresh towels. Hotel for us not a problem at all. Location was fine for us, 5 min walk too main road. Pool was good, but we are beach people so only had 2 pool days, but that was also down too the food!!!Now thats the worst part... .... AWFUL FOOD, for us was pretty uneadable, breakfast was 1 choice of bread, few bowls of slop or veg or chips, pancakes or cheese with extra flies.Didnt even see lunch, no snacks, even though the leaflet say they have a snack bar but they dont!!!!!Looked at tea once, we all had a few chips and left.The downfall was we spent sooo much money eating out.

The hotel is very outdated in the rooms but that’s not a major thing although we did have a curtain as a blanket, staff were lovely, but the food was terrible it was the same thing every day with just a couple of minor changes mainly to the desserts, it was bland and repetitive every meal, for an all exclusive hotel we ended up going out to eat. The drinks were supposed to be included but they only had vodka and gin or beer, you couldn’t even get a soft drink before 11am, they advertise 2 snack bars throughout the day but have none, they also advertise nightly entertainment we had I little show that lasted about 30 minutes all sitting in what felt like a circus ring it wasn’t very comfortable, after speaking to other guests they said they’d had no entertainment since they’d been there either
