The hotel is located in the popular summer resort of Marmaris. Situated right on the beach and close to the city centre, this warm and friendly hotel is perfect for couples and families who want to be close to Marmaris’ resort facilities including a wide range of shops and restaurants. Dalaman Airport is about 90 km away.

Facility

80 rooms, including 70 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.     Great location. Rooms were perfect, small fridge. Room was quiet. Lovely breakfast. Omelette made to your order. Pancakes were made fresh too. Clean rooms, towels changed every day. Cleaning staff were very friendly. Manager was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel.

    I'm not really sure why other reviews put this hotel down. We stayed October 2025 our booking was for a sea view with twin beds that's what we got. Perfect. The room was clean cleaned every day if you want it to if not just put the do not disturb on the door. The reception do speak English and will help any way they can if needed. The pool is clean plenty of people always around it and available beds. Breakfast as we only ent b&b plenty of options yes turkish option cheese cucumber tomatoes olives but also baked beans mushrooms fried egg or boiled or omelette fresh bread juice coffee tea take your pick all fresh. Beach right in front as part of the hotel with its bar. Its a beach hotel and I would rank it as good as any other for great customer service, quality and location. If me and my mum had believed previous reviews of this hotel we'd think what are we going to??? Go yourself and see. People like to complain to complain who sits there on holiday to take photos of the corners of a shower get a life.

    On arrival to hotel was greeted at reception gave passport and was given card to the room, the room was on the 2nd floor we went b&b the room itself was big it had a double and single bed nice and clean small fridge in hall way no kettle, our room was over looking road side it was busy enough but not noisy , the breakfast was lovely fresh pancakes and omelette made to order a good selection, the only negative thing I can say is the pool itself needs abit of tlc chipped tiles which isn't good, I would recommend this hotel as it is closed to everywhere, the staff on reception is lovely and so was our cleaner the owner is a gentleman and would help you if he could I would definitely return

    Point Beach Hotel, not a 4* hotel, it's a 1* budge hotel

    We had a late check-in (in the early hours) and our first impression of this hotel was a howling dog on the steps. The 1 member of staff did not speak English so communication in our non-existent Russian or Turkish was difficult. We were given the rep's greeting note with the time and date by the reception staff but the same staff omitted mention that there was a lift that took us directly to the third floor. Instead we had to carry the suitcases up the flight of stairs! The hotel is not 4* it is instead a ill-maintained dated 1* budget hotel. The room was bear, the bed had 1 sheet with holes in it, hardly enough for one person let alone 2. It was supposed to be a twin room with a sea view. Instead we had to gawp at the other block of the hotel that is in dire need of maintenance. The balcony rail is loose, leaving it unsafe. The bathroom tiles were disgusting. There was an extra cost for AC and use of the safe. The room was pokey and the smell of cigarette smoke was choking us. Every sound could be heard, from the other rooms including people talking, going to the loo etc., Every night the disco from 10pm to 12.30am kept us awake, when that stopped the dog howling and barking kept us awake. We asked to change rooms and they wanted extra money. We wanted to change hotels but the rep did not organise it. The breakfast consisted of bland eggs and dry bread. I have food allergies and the rep said I had to go and buy my own food. The rep phoned us in our room, not so he could help us but to sell us overpriced excursions. My daughter fell ill the day the hotel's electricity went out, there was no help and no way of getting any help from the hotel staff. The rep ignored us. We had to cancel the scuba diving because my daughter fell ill. The rep refused to give us a refund and the hotel refused to help us. Avoid staying at this hotel, it is not a 4* hotel. Though we did tip all the staff, it was not worth staying in. It's taken us 4 days to recover from staying at the Point Beach Hotel.

    Great location right next to the beach.Clean rooms and shower good. The rooms were cleaned and bedding changed daily.The breakfast was ok it was very limited and lots of eggs but you get what you pay for. The pool was quite small but we went out everyday anyway. We would stay again as it’s a fabulous location and clean. I would say there is not enough storage for clothes.
