  The Hotel Was a DisappointmentWe stayed at this hotel with our 11-month-old baby in early September 2026, and unfortunately, we encountered quite a few problems.It all started with our room. We were initially given a sea-view room overlooking the main swimming pool. Music from the poolside speakers played from morning until evening, and there was an outdoor stage for evening entertainment directly below our first-floor balcony. The performers sang into a microphone until 11 p.m. The music was unbearably loud — even with the balcony door closed, it felt as though they were singing right inside our room. We simply couldn't get our baby to sleep before 11 p.m.!After I complained, we were moved to another room the following day, at around 1 p.m. However, the new room was in an older building. Although it also faced the sea, we were on the first floor, and instead of enjoying a beautiful view, we looked out onto ping-pong tables and bushes (on the bright side, we finally couldn't hear any music or singing). We had originally paid for a sea-view room, but in the end, we didn't get what we had expected. I don't know whether the new room was cheaper, but we were not offered any compensation for all the inconvenience.Another particularly disappointing aspect was the reception staff's attitude towards simple requests. For example, after we were moved, we needed a mattress and a sheet for the baby cot. Everything had been ready in our first room when we arrived. To get these items, we had to go to reception three or four times over the course of two days just to remind them of our request. You would think something so simple would be easy to arrange, especially for guests travelling with a baby (who alresdy faced some inconvenienced sut to the reception work), but most receptionists did not seem to eager to help you or they smiled and promised to help, and then we waited for a few hours and had to go and remind them of our request.We also encountered large cockroaches, approximately 3–5 cm long, on three separate occasions during our stay, one around the hotel grounds and two inside the rooms. We had to kill the ones that made it into our room ourselves. I don't have any photos, but the cockroach leg that wouldn't flush down the toilet at 2 a.m. is something I won't forget for years to come. When we complained to the reception, they casually offered to send a guy who would spray "something against cockroaches", mmm, ok, first we're staying with the baby in the room, how do we know what you're spraying is safe, and second, why are there cockroaches in the first place and nothing was done about them preventively? In my many visits to the Turkish sea coast, that's the first time I saw these creatures inside the hotel or on the grounds, which means other hotels somehow deal with them preventively, right?At the restaurant, we often came across glasses covered in watermarks and smudges. During lunch and dinner, the waiters couldn't always clear the tables quickly enough, so sometimes we had to sit at tables where the previous guests' dishes were still lying around. Overall, finding a free table at lunchtime or dinner was often a real struggle. Quite a few times the waiters asked us what we wanted to drink and never came back with the order. Sometimes we weren't even asked - that part of the service seemed always pretty chaotic to me. The restaurant staff, though friendly and helpful, is obviously overwhelmed with the number of guests.In the end, instead of a relaxing family holiday, we got a noisy room, a room change that was questionable at best, constant reminders to staff about our requests, and concerns about cleanliness. It's particularly disappointing because we were travelling with a baby and had expected a higher level of comfort.Given all of these issues, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to families with babies, especially if their room overlooks the main swimming pool and the evening entertainment stage.

  We absolutely loved our holiday at Prime Beach Hotel. Fantastic hotel, friendly and helpful staff. All facilities are very good and clean. Entertainment staff were great, enjoyed every night we saw. We met Ali and Chico who run the spa and are super friendly and helpful and really looked after us. We had a wonderful spa experience, thank you.Our holiday rep Emre was lovely and helpful with booking excursions. Overall brilliant holiday and would highly recommend, great location and easy access to everything you need.   Very honest review

  Location was amazing, Hotel beautiful, Pool fantastic, Food best we have ever had, Room was such a letdown, we had the old block all rooms began with a 2, very small, hardly any storage at all, light switches behind pillows on your bed so roll over and switch the lights on, also a power socket I thought was extremely dangerous, bathroom very dated and a shower you could barely move in.
