  Not really sure where to start with this one I have really mixed feelings about it, the hotel itself is in such a fantastic location.You can literally walk out the back door across 3 m of pathway and you’re on the beach also it’s less than a 10 minute walk to get to Marmaris town Centre on the other hand the whole place feels a little bit tired and rundown and in need of some attention, as we all know the devil is in the detail and unfortunately this hotel falls well short of getting the details right, the room that I was in was plenty good enough for me it had a clean shower , toilet and sink and fresh towels but once again it was let down by the fact that there was things like wires hanging out the wall and light switches that didn’t work, when I booked I opted for the all inclusive and after two days I sincerely wish that I hadn’t the food here is diabolical I can’t tell you how many times I saw families look at what was on offer and then decide to go and eat somewhere else, countless times I saw things that had been cooked for lunch reworked and offered for the evening meal, and once again the details were sadly missing, you are constantly playing hunt the salt and pepper, checking to make sure that the cutlery is clean and asking for things to be topped up or renewed, there are tables that are left covered in dirty plates and dishes and the staff that are there see more interested in playing on their phones or hanging around any single ladies that are there the best and safest thing I ate there all week was the fresh omelette cooked by the lady on the buffet bar, overall I cannot recommend this hotel as I was very disappointed with it and would suggest that people pay a little bit more and go a little bit more upmarket, I feel it’s only fair to mention the reception staff who were friendly and welcoming at all times and very helpful if you needed them.Unfortunately if a hotel is relying on repeat customers year on year I’m afraid this one in it’s present format is not going to be around for much longer.

  Once again we have had a lovely experience at point beach. Love the staff love the manager. I would like to take this opportunity asking my fellow tourists to put a few things into perspective. Stop moaning!. If you were to holiday in England it would be triple the price with no sun. The food!!! Do you really eat veg meat salad soup etc every day at home?. I visited many hotels whilst here and in comparison Point Beach is actually better. Just bloody ask if you need to know anything. It’s end of season like most places stocks will be running low so just ask if you have any drink requirements food preferences etc. The whole community work really hard. Your rooms are cleaned every day and staff are polite and helpful. Your holiday fun and laughter making memories is down to you so embrace relax reflect rest the practical minor issues are not important just discretely mention them to the wonderful receptionist who will try and resolve don’t plaster negativity all over the place !!!   Disappointing Stay – Misleading Information, Poor Hygiene, and Lack of AmenitiesI stayed at Point Beach Hotel in Marmaris this September and was very disappointed with several aspects of the stay:Misleading Concept & Accommodation: I booked this as an adult-only hotel, but there were too many children. Furthermore, we were placed in an old building that looks completely different from the pictures on social media. The elevator was painfully slow, and closing the main room doors made a huge noise.Room Noise: The road-side room was extremely noisy, making it difficult to rest.Repetitive Food & Pests: The all-inclusive menu was identical every single day. Flies were also constantly over the uncovered food in the dining area.Hygiene Practices: Cafeteria staff cleaned tables and placemats using only water without any detergent.Missing Amenities: Basic items like beach towels, hair shampoo, and tissue papers were not provided at all.While the overall cleanliness of the room itself was acceptable, management urgently needs to address the misleading hotel description, dining hygiene, and basic guest amenities.

  We were not looking forward to coming after reading the reviews on here. It was actually taking away the “looking forward to my holiday “ feeling. What can I say but we are very relieved,the room is clean a good size and our beds are very comfortable. We have a lovely sea view and the cleaners come every day. The food, well if those that complained couldn’t find anything to eat then that’s not down to the amount of choice. It’s fresh with lots of hot dishes, salads, soups and the bread is delicious. I haven’t even waited to get home to write this and still have 7 days to go. Yes will agree that the communal areas are a little shabby and not as clean but other than that I am relieved and pleasantly surprised. The staff are very friendly and helpful if not the best English, but I am on holiday in Turkey! We are looking forward to the rest of our stay and would say if you are coming please don’t worry. For what we paid we have definitely got value for money…
