  Lovely holiday, friendly staff

  Stayed here for 12 nights in September, this was our 2nd visit to sebnem and staff were so welcoming and remembered us from the previous year, all staff go above and beyond to help, all friendly and helpful, rooms cleaned daily by the lovely friendly housekeepers, the apartment was perfect for our stay, lovely balcony, as I'm an early riser sat there every morning early and seen the hard work going on cleaning the pool are and all the sundowners, all food made fresh and excellent value for money, would always stay here when I come to marmaris Sevket Onay, İşletme Sahibi at Sebnem Apart Hotel, responded to this review thank u so much )) hope to see you again : ))

  Location of the apartments was great, close to the beach, shops and bars it's a friendly place and staff were 100% helpful and had the best time ever will all the holiday makers there, I would recommend sebnum apartments to everyone, the whole off the apartment was immaculate and could not pick a fault with it, clean sheets clean towels, Sevket Onay, İşletme Sahibi at Sebnem Apart Hotel, responded to this review thank u so much alison , see u next year : ))

  Worst hotel ever

  This could be a good hotel if it was looked after properly, it's full of people who just get drunk from morning till night. It's not very clean and cleaners don't do a good job like that do in other hotels. We had a problem with a dog at this property due to my son being allergic and has a fear of dogs and the manager totally dismissed this and had the attitude of...if he doesn't go near the dog it won't go near him....only to come out of our room one day on the 3rd floor to be greeted with this dog outside our door. The manager has no customer services whatsoever he's so arrogant, ive never met a man like him whilst on holiday. Jet2 came and spoke to him telling him to keep the dog at home after a week and that made things worse we felt he was so off with us we couldn't even stay there for a drink we had to go out all the time. The only good thing in this hotel is you actually get a good night's sleep. Hotel rooms are very dirty shower is filthy. We will never return to this hotel there are much nicer hotels in the area. Hob is full of dirt also. Who are you to interfere with what people drink? Everyone can eats and drinks as they please, what's it to you? No one has ever had a fight or abusive conversation while you're here, and I would never allow it.You wrote about my arrogance. When did you ever speak to me? Not a single word we've spoken.Stop lying, you wasn't even talk to me and you make comments about me. And you'll be an adult!!!Don't let the room be cleaned, and room is filthy? I've already reported Jet2 the fact that you didn't let the room be cleaned, and many other things. If you ask Jet2, you'll get the same answer. You and your husband didn't let women into the room for cleaning. You only allowed sheets to be changed twice a week. You included a picture of the mess you ate in the sink . Couldn't you clean the mess you ate in the sink? If you're looking for a butler, you'll pay thousands of pounds, and they'll run behind you in your private villa to serve you.If you don't let the housekeepers clean , you'll have to clean the bathroom yourself . Don't let anyone clean your bathroom & room for 14 days, then take a picture of it and complain about it being dirty.The stove is not dirty. It's caused by food falling on it while it's hot, and those stains don't come out. Nobody gives a dirty stove to anyoneThe shower stall has changed color from the water, which is perfectly normal.Jet2 guide Christina came to the hotel to talk to you, but why didn't you come to talk to her? If you had, you would have gotten into a huge fight with the other British guests there about the dog. Because TIPSY (the dog's name) is everyone's mascot, and she hasn't caused any harm at the hotel for seven years. Many of our British guests came specifically to see TIPSY. But they were so angry with you because of your request.Don’t lie ; the dog was only at the hotel for three days, and there was no dog at the hotel for the other eleven days. So why didn't you come to the bar for eleven days? You were the first to ask for the dog to be removed from the hotel. Even the guide said he'd never encountered such an incident. This was a first ; rest assured, if someone like you comes and complains about that dog, I won't send that dog anywhere ; I'll bet anyone who wants it .The most important issue ;; If your son has a special needs condition , you should go to a suitable hotel .There is already a hotel like this in İçmeler . You can't go to an ordinary aparthotel and make ridiculous demands .You complained about the dog , then feed cats on the hotel stairs. What kind of contradiction is this ? Don't be a hypocrite. Either love all animals or none.Animal haters and liars like you don't come here please . There were so many good hotels nearby , why did you stay at Şebnem for two weeks ? Why didn't you pack your things and go to the hotels you mentioned?. I cannot understand people like you, why do you insist on staying in a hotel that you do not like ?

  This was our third visit to Sebnam and we have loved the break. The staff are more like family and we were welcomed warmly on arrival and throughout the week. We loved seeing the beautiful Tipsy (the hotel dog) yesterday. On previous visits we have loved having Tipsy on the sun loungers so we have been very disappointed that she hasn't been able to be here due to an issue with another family who haven't even used the hotel facilities during our stay. The food and drinks have been good, pool area is great and the rooms are well appointed. We have already booked for next year and are counting down the days to be back in a friendly, welcoming and comfortable hotel Sevket Onay, İşletme Sahibi at Sebnem Apart Hotel, responded to this review See you again next year :) )TIPSY grew up in house and has been at the hotel for about seven years. Tipsy everyone's mascot and beloved. Despite informing the family in advance, they complained because they didn't want the dog at the hotel. The absurd thing was that the complainers left the hotel in the morning and returned in the evening, and were never in the hotel restaurant or pool. Tipsy never barks . What I don't understand is that those who complained about Tipsy were feeding the cats on the hotel stairs. Either love all animals or none of them.

  Absolutely 💯 recommend. Jack, volcan, doo doo and all the staff were amazing and very attentive to all our need. The food and drink are lovley and reasonably priced.
