  Our 4th visit to Seda. Perfect location. Food is always fantastic. Owner and staff are always very welcoming friendly and obliging. Cleaners do a fab job. Our teenage kids are now at a point they want to holiday themselves and we are happy to return as a couple. We love Seda apartments and we don’t say that lightly as we generally don’t frequently return to places, and after 4 visits we’d happily return again and again. Highly recommend.

  I’ve just returned from a 7 night stay at Seda apartments with my family of 8 (5adults 3 children). This is our first time staying at Seda and I’d highly recommend.From the moment we arrived the lady who runs the hotel was so welcoming and friendly along with all the staff. The rooms are clean and spacious with aircon charged at £40 per week (well worth it).The pool is clean with a brilliant slide and there’s no “sun bed wars” like other hotels. The food available to purchase is really nice and reasonably priced as well as drinks.Towels are changed 3x per week, rooms cleaned every other day and bedding changed 1-2 times. The hotel is situated within a reasonable distance to blueport (around 5-10 minute walk).I booked this holiday last minute with Jet2 holidays and would happily return.

  Well where do I start what a great 11 nights myself and my family had at this great apartment great location with a 5min walk taking you to blue port definitely worth the value of money everything onsite is a reasonable price the food has been the best food I’ve had at Marmaris in the years I’ve been going everyone within the hotel are very helpful and kind from the 2 owners who are on site all day everyday ,the cleaners and to the 3 lads the make the holiday even better the bar staff mehmet,kem and junior they alll look after there guests as much as they can I will definitely be back next year and highly recommend the apartment to anyone that’s looking to go self catering not a bad thing to say about the place absolutely amazing

  1st time at this place and from the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome was a family of 12 and we all had a fantastic holiday the owners were brilliant with everyone the food was amazing but for me it was the bar staff Memhet Kem and Jnr who made the holiday so good there were really nice always down for a laugh always there when u needed something. Don’t need to wake up early hours to go fight for sun longer pool plenty there and pool area was always clean as was our rooms cleaned on a daily basis clean towels left the full building was spotless. The location was great right in the middle so u were 10 min walk to the town centre or u were 10 min walk to the party strip. Defo great value for the money u pay

  Amazing atmosphere, owners, bar staff, cleaners all very lovely

  Stayed here for 10 nights from 16th June with my sister. The location is fair maybe 20 min walk from Main Street in Marmaris situated in Armutalan. The atmosphere in these apartments is great, there are all ages so someone for everyone to make friends. The owner and her husband were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. I had to see a doctor and they seem to this all for me even down to her husband collecting my prescription from the pharmacy. The rooms were tidy and clean these were cleaned daily, towels were changed every second day but offered to change daily if we’d wanted. I couldn’t fault these apartments, bar staff, cleaners, owners, guests were all super welcoming and friendly. Lots to do in a short walk. Shopping, water parks, lots of excursions to be done whilst there. Very satisfied 5*
