Stayed here with my husband and 4 teenagers , apartments we had were spotlessly clean and very spacious , staff were all lovely . the lift was not working for 5 days out of 7 and on the 2 days it did work it was broken / not switched on in the evening , this ruined the holiday for me , I spent a lot of time crying at the pain in my knees at having to climb 202 steep steps to our room (Whitby Abby is 199 ! These were steeper) my own fault for being a fat heffer , in the plus side I joined slimming world day I got home and have lost 4 & half stone so for that I have Serena suites to thank . I would return in the future , nice location , lovely restaurants close by and great beach

Best Place Ever

First visit here was in July 2010 and had the best holiday ever with my best friend. It was also where I met my husband. The hotel was not the one we had originally booked but we were so glad we were moved to this one. The view was amazing. The atmosphere was so homely and relaxing and the staff were extremely helpful. The swimming pool was like on a balcony overlooking Turunc and I loved the cable car/lift to get you up to the hotel and the rooms. We had a self catering apartment but we also had the choice to join the restaurant to eat which we did one night - open buffet with Turkish belly dancing. It was the first time I went to Turkey and thoroughly enjoyed it. So much so I ended up going back every 3 months for the following 2 years.

The rooms are very comfortable, we had a few problems at the start with the air con but they changed the room for us as soon as they heard. The rooms are clean and get cleaned whenever you want the cleaners to clean. The swimming pool is also very good. Demi the manager was very nice and the costumer service was really good. Although a couple struggled to speak English they really did try to communicate with us.

See my review on Serena Junior suites as same place/apartments. Serena Suites is listed twice so this is a little confusing. As stated on that review, the views are great, but any mobility problems or if you don't fancy a climb then choose a place in the village. No probs otherwise and value for money.

Amazing View

Amazing view over Turunç Bay. Friendly staff and good service. We had a two room flat with a big terrace that overlooks the bay. The few minutes walking distance to the beach was worth for this wonderful view. Cleaning of the rooms might need some improvements.
