    Faulty towers

    Faulty towers I arrived to be told I couldn't have my apartment because 1. My Aircon was broken2. Someone refused to leave 3. They were sick.The manager here is pathetic and the girls at reception hostile and lazy.I finally got my apartment the day after Don't bother.I spoke to 5 different families, and 4 of them were massively let down.No wonder nobody's claiming this hotel

    They initially sold our room to someone else, so required us to switch rooms during the stay. They moved us to a room with AC that didnt work and wouldnt move us elsewhere. Actual building is directly above a late night party spot Monday - Sunday. The building vibrates and whilst the music is on. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere unless you are looking to be out til 3am every night

    Worse place we've stayed in Turkey. Rooms haven't seen any renovation for a long time. Room service is terrible, floors are always dirty.And the worse thing is that somebody scratched our car severely on the parking of this hotel and they don't even have the camera footage a available.Terrible place, showing more hostility than hospitality. After such a pleasant situation the receptionist who introduced himself as a hotel manager even didn't agree to refund ludicrous 150€ we've payed for two nights here. Turkish hospitality we've encountered here is remarkable! The best thing about that it's that this hotel is unique and every other hotel will be much better! Literally any other hotel.

    Read up on this restaurant before we went.. It has some good reviews however I was disappointed.. Service not great and the starters we received were cold. Steak was okay but nothing to write home about..

    Friendly staff went out of their way to make us welcome at a busy time of year. Street 61 is sort of the overflow/self-catering style rooms for Dolphin Apart Otel, across the street and above a set of shops and bars. Despite the location, it was quiet at night and clean. Street 61/Dolphin's staff saved us after our booking elsewhere fell through and we had to change at the last minute. It was good value, basic not deluxe. For those with late flights out of Dalaman, it's possible to pay extra for late checkout.
