  Brilliant apartments

  Brilliant apartments. Staff are great and food and drinks spot on. Great location. Rooms are cleaned daily. Pool party and entertainment is great. Had a great holiday and will definitely return.

  Basic but you pay cheap

  Stayed twice now, July 2024 and July 2025. Basic apartments and ok for what you pay. They are dated on inside and could be doing with bit of an upgrade. We stayed in 2 bedroom and apartments are good size. Only 1 bedroom has aircon though so had to hire a fan for the other room which was just moving about hot air. Staff are friendly enough and half board option is good value for money as you can order off the menu. Sunday dinner and Turkish night is included in half board price. We just upgraded to half board the nights we wanted to stay in the hotel. Its good location just behind armutalan strip and about 15/20 mins walk to the beach.

  Sunapartments great place to go for a fun friendly holiday

  Just stayed at sunapartments for 11 nights been coming the last 3 years and once again we've had a brilliant holiday. We had a bar / pool view apartment. Pool area bar lovely and clean cleaned on a night when bar closed and sunbeds cleaned every morning. Apartments are spacious/massive basic but has everything you need cleaners came everyday emptied bins, cleaned floors etc. changed our sheets/towels every 3 days so polite and friendly what more do you need . We hired a safe that's located in reception with security cameras and also a night watch man lovely guy hard worker he's there all night every night so we know our belongings are safe there . We ate at sunapartments most mornings and for our evening meals food is amazing myself my husband and our two daughters enjoyed everymeal would highly recommend eating there. The owners and all.the staff are amazing so welcoming/ hard working/professional/ polite and friendly to all ages old and young they make sure everyone has a fun happy brilliant holiday . Chez is lovely always asks If were ok and if we need anything our two girls love the bingo he's makes it so enjoyable and funny nothing is too much trouble if you need anything. Tom Tom is a lovely guy always smiling and happy hard working too he also speaks to everyone that's in the bar/pool area when he came on every shift to see if they were ok and if we/ there needed anything such a funny polite guy made our girls laugh with his lovely sense of humour carnt do enough for you like the rest of the staff all hard workers / professional/polite but also look like they enjoy working at sunapartments too .Keep up the fantastic work you all do you are all amazing Thank you again from.the four of us xxSee you next year xx

  Rude provocative staff - avoid!

  Location is great, walkable distance to the beach. Check in was horrendous, was checked in right in the middle of thr entertainment next to a loud speaker where no one could hear each other. Tom was not listening to anything we were saying and we had to repeat ourselves numerous times. The staff are rude and made you feel uncomfortable. They looked like they just did not want to be there. They were provocative towards younger girls, especially in the evening doing volatile hand gestures to songs right in front of young children, including my 3 year old. They made fun of other guests. Upon checking out we tipped them out of courtesy and they laughed at how much it was….maybe they should of made more of an effort. There was drunken arguments few of the nights, one of which the police were called. Instead of limiting their alcohol intake, all they cared about was money and not the guests being kept awake until 4am because others can’t handle their drink. Food was awful, ordered a burger and the bread was dry and horrible. The food and drink prices are expensive. You can walk behind the hotel to Inans bar where they are very friendly and food is 10/10. Entertainment was also awful, we went to the beach every night for food and drinks. 90% of the sunbeds are cracked or broken. The pool area is unsafe, they have a green rug type thing running around the outside of the pool however it gets crumpled up and it is a trip and fall hazard. Rooms were very basic, shower head only stayed on the wall when there was water pressure holding it up. Only the top sheet on the bed was made, the mattress cover wasn’t put on properly. Room wasn’t the best in terms of cleanliness. Although we made the best of the situation I wouldn’t want to come back and spend my money here.

  Avoid don’t waste your hard earned money here

  Very disappointed with our stay and most definitely won’t be back or advise any other family to waste their hard earned money here. Only interested in what money they can get out of you. Some staff ignore you (Tom) to the point you have to ask if anyone would like to take your order for drinks or food. We travelled as a family of 10 three different rooms. One room was for my son who has mobility issues and needed a ground floor room as he cant do stairs well as he’s still recovering from surgery. On our arrival as soon as I opened my son’s room door I said we need a new room as it’s not suitable I was told tomorrow (Friday)we can sort a new room. I asked Tom on Friday was told tomorrow ask on Saturday was told tomorrow so on Sunday my son was in so much pain he couldn’t get out of the room as the stair where so steep narrow and no hand rail and absolute accident waiting to happen. I went directly to the owner of the hotel as Tom kept palming me off. The owner was lovely and had my son’s room moved the next day(Monday) and from that day Tom totally ignored my family as I had to go above his head for help. He had the cheek to come and speak to us the last day to say he’s a nice person and if we would be coming back again. We spent most of our time out on trips during the day as you couldn’t get a sun-bed near the pool as I had young children because staff are paid by the guests to reserve beds which lay empty all day. Night time we took ourselves off to other bars or hotels as the entertainment was crap and not worth watching. I seen male staff members sneaking into guests rooms (women’s) on a few occasions. Our 1st night two young girls possibly 16/17 couldn’t even stand up they were that drunk and fell while in that state shouldn’t have been served alcohol. Guests shout and argue into the early hours of the morning not a family friendly place.
