Very dissapointed. My friend stayed here and i thought it was ok in june so i booked for august for a fanily of 3 .. we arrived late and everything was ok .. after a few days i noticed little things going missing from my room.. the food was average compared to june when we ate there was lovely... we had 4 days remaining of our 15 day stay and was told late at night i had to change rooms in the morning when questioned they told me they have a large family coming and i was given the wrong room at the beginning ..(their mistake not mine) i wasnt happy so i spoke to the manager he offered me free late check out and turkish night which i agreed to but my partner wasnt happy and told me i shouldnt of agreed .. anyway after changing rooms more things went from my room.. nothing was done about it when you report it either..the staff were fair apart from 1 who was rude and arrogant.. if you dont drink alcohol he always pulled his face.. told my 11 yeqr old son not to wave him over if he wanted anything and he had to go the bar to order anything .. which wasnt true as we had been waving them over for the past 12 days .. its his job so i didnt understand why he was like this.. he was one of the staff my son or i never felt comfortable with... tom is absolutly brilliant will always try his best for you... the first room was ok the second one very outdated and only 1 way in and out. The fire exit was blocked off .. whuch i presume is illegal over there after all the new fire regulations were brought out.. all in all was a dissapointnent so wont be staying here again

Great hotel, staff very friendly, Tom and Caz were brilliant from start to finish, very helpful every single day. Food was spot on, no issue and cooked perfectly. Always sun beds available. Music and evening entertainment was available every night and was brilliant. I would 100% recommend this hotel. They do offer a half broad option daily or weekly which again is at a great price. WiFi available all around the hotel so if you are worried about Data this hotel has you covered. Cleanliness was spot on we never had any issues
