  Absolutely Embarrassing Hotel

  Some points before you book. It is a very low budget Hotel which I accept. However most problems can be rectified with a bit of enthusiasm and a system of checking. Bad points:Immediately on arriving I was asked have I got the wrong Hotel. No hello or welcome, which immediately set the tone.After an overnight flight from UK landing in the early hours you don’t expect to be told you can’t book in for another x4 hours. Rooms should have a check list prior to letting out ie Does the door lock, Does the AC work,Does the Bathroom Fan work, Does the TV work.The Hotel reception staff, particularly two of them, A masculine woman and man with what looks like a ferret on his head, Need to up their game, If working there is drag then find another job, It’s not a good look for a receptionist to be stood at the entrance smoking a Cigarette. There is a massive difference in their performance to that of the Chef,Waiters & Cleaners.Good Points:The Food is actually really good. Breakfast is a selection Eggs,Beans and local hot recipes. I particularly liked the Eggy Bread. There is also a selection of Cold Cheeses,Cooked meat,Fruit,Salads and cereal.Lunch is off a Menu cooked to order which is nice. Dinner is similar to breakfast but with added Hot Meat and Vegetables.Rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels. Location is in a quiet area.The Chef and waiters are really good and work hard, also sorting things out.Would I stay here again, Never!No acknowledgment when handing my Key fob in, I just laughed at the irrelevant imbecile.

  This is a great little hotel in nice quiet area of marmaris and only walking distance to beach rooms are clean and has everything u need cleaners in everyday all staff are amazing and friendly here even did entertainment a few nites which they didn't have to do it got everyone together and was fun the staff work so hard and nothing was is too much trouble for them the hotel was kept clean and tidy food was good always something to enjoy.I was a solo traveller and I felt at home in this hotel I even liked the fact they had menu for lunch u could order and was cooked for you it saves a lot of waste.Martin who organised trips was also an added bonus helped out with anything needed and trips were great and good price I also met manager he seemed lovely I really enjoyed myself here that I will return again keep up the good work it’s a hidden gem and so glad i booked here look forward to coming back 🙂

  A mixed review for one big reason

  Stayed here recently and couldn’t have been more happy with the friendly attitude of the staff. Every single person from the bar to the restaurant to the cleaners were kind and courteous. The hotel is nicely tucked away in a residential block and away from the noise of beach front Marmaris. Breakfast was fairly basic but covered the essentials. Lunch whilst I was there was ordered from a menu and included wraps, burgers and toasties. Dinner was generally a couple of meats with fries and veg. The room was cleaned daily and was perfectly adequate - a firm bed, air con, fridge and decent shower. Now to the only bad part on all of this. The hotel is massively let down by the general manager. The guy sits in the corner of the restaurant all day shouting at the staff to bring him food and drinks. I personally saw him turn the sound down on both the tv and music. The guy personally sucked the life and enjoyment out of the hotel single handedly. Residents would rather go out of an evening to other bars or restaurants rather than stay in the soulless environment created by the general managers attitude to fun. This hotel has so much potential - they could entice people in off the street to visit the bar if they played music or showed sport or have live acts on, but whilst the round guy in the corner is involved, this is unlikely to happen. There is a solid core of staff who want to do their best but are being let down by management so I urge the owners to listen to the staff and make changes before you lose out on good people.

  Great Value Stay with Friendly Atmosphere in Marmaris

  We had a very pleasant stay at Supreme Marmaris Hotel and overall it exceeded our expectations for a 3-star property. The location is definitely one of its strongest points — just a short walk to the beach, shops, and local restaurants, which made everything very convenient.The staff were genuinely friendly and always willing to help. You could feel a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel, which made our stay more enjoyable. Special thanks to the team for their positive attitude and quick response whenever we needed assistance.Our room was clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping service. While the furniture is simple, everything was functional and suitable for a relaxing holiday. The pool area was nice and provided a good place to unwind during the day.Regarding the food, there was a decent selection of Turkish dishes, and although it may not offer a huge variety every day, we found enough options to enjoy our meals. For the price we paid, it offers very good value.In summary, if you are looking for a budget-friendly hotel with a good location and friendly service in Marmaris, Supreme Marmaris Hotel is a solid choice. We would consider coming back again.
