  We spent two wonderful weeks in September at TUI BLUE Sarigerme Park together with our friends, and we would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team for making our holiday so enjoyable.What impressed us most was the genuine attentiveness, care and truly personal approach towards the guests. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, everything was handled quickly, kindly and professionally. Throughout our stay, we always had the feeling that the staff genuinely listened to their guests and did their best to make everyone feel comfortable and well looked after.We would especially like to thank Mareike for her kindness, attentiveness and genuine care. She was always willing to help, and her warm and thoughtful approach made us feel not simply like hotel guests, but like people who were truly being looked after.And a very special thank you goes to Süleyman G. from the bar team. He made many of our evenings truly unforgettable. He does much more than simply serve drinks — although his drinks are excellent. He talks to the guests, creates a warm and relaxed atmosphere and has a wonderful way of making people feel welcome. Employees like him can turn an ordinary evening into one of those special holiday memories that stay with you long after you return home.Thank you to the entire team at TUI BLUE Sarigerme Park for your hospitality, professionalism and the special atmosphere you create.A beautiful hotel is important, but it is the people who make a holiday truly unforgettable. And thanks to people like these, we will remember our two weeks here with great warmth.

  Must share this one, from start to end great holiday, chilled hotel great staff, good food morning , lunch, and evening. Rooms good standard. Clean, gardens well kept. Great beach and water sports. Would recomend taxi from airport to save waiting for coach.20 mins. Entertainment good. Will defo be returning??????????   Stunning location, the gardens are very beautiful well maintained. The beach is very clean and the sea is safe and shallow. This is our first ever second stay. We were in room 2503. The room was cleaned every day. Thanks a lot to the house keeper, she did a great job.On the whole all the staff were excellent, but would Just like to thank a few other members who made our stay a really pleasant one.Firstly Mo Mo and Elly. Really fun and entertaining, great with the guests. My husband and I went and had a go at the darts in the mornings. Needless to say we never won.Also, we would like to say thanks to Elly the bar maid. Lovely lady. Service with a smile as well as Feride at breakfast. Special thanks to Burke, man of great knowledge, nice guy.Also, would like to thanks Ali who was concerned and arranged a gift for me as I got bitten by an unknown insect and had the pleasure of being admitted to the towns clinic across the road from the chemist . Excellent service all round with antibiotics, anti histamines and a pot of cream. Holiday Insurance definitely necessary for unexpected situations!On the negative side the à la carte was very disappointing. Don’t really recommend it. The main restaurant’s food is far better.Also be aware of the cats as cute as they are they can bite! Throughout our stay, we truly felt that every guest was treated as an individual. Whenever we had a question or concern, the response was immediate, solutions were found quickly and effortlessly, and we always felt seen, heard and genuinely cared for. This level of personal attention made a real difference to our stay.A very special thank you goes to the wonderful bar team – Halime, Özgür, Oguzhan, Süleyman and Eda. What an incredible team! Their warmth, attentiveness, kindness and genuinely personal approach to guests made our holiday truly special.   We have just returned from our 4th visit to the hotel. The grounds are still as lovely as ever but some areas we feel have declined having visited for our 4th visit in a row, you begin to notice.The food has become very repetitive, lunch at the purple turtle is practically the same everyday, also the evening meals in the main restaurant of an evening unfortunately just repeats, we also felt the service for drinks this year had declined in all areas, there didn't appear to be enough staff and on some evenings the waiting staff would start to take your drinks order and then walk away half way through it so you wasn't able to give your full order, some of the staff mainly in the coffee area didn't look very happy in their roles, it also appeared that there was a lot of new staff that could maybe do with a little bit more training.The evening entertainment was also very poor this year, silent discos and karaoke evenings just don't fit within this hotel we felt.The cleaning staff around the hotel are all excellent, from the room cleaning to all of the toilet facilities within the hotel.We will return to this area again, but feel now is the time to look at some of the other hotels to see what they can offer Serhat Demir, General Manager at TUI BLUE Sarigerme Park, responded to this review DearDear beck1707,We sincerely thank you for your detailed feedback following your fourth visit to our establishment and for your continued loyalty over the years.We regret to hear that certain aspects of your recent stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding your comments on the food offering, we would like to clarify that we operate a 10-day rotating menu cycle in both the main restaurant and at the pool and beach restaurants.
