    Great hotel and facilities, but the reception lacks a "premium" touch

    We are currently staying at Turunç Premium (June 1st to 8th) with our 5-year-old daughter. Honestly, there are many wonderful things to say about this place. The location is perfect - right on the first line to the sea. The pool is crystal clear, the food is delicious, and the entire property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The general service from the staff is great, and we are genuinely enjoying our time here.However, our check-in experience left a bitter aftertaste. We specifically chose this hotel for a major triple celebration: our honeymoon, my wife’s very first trip abroad, and my birthday on June 2nd. Having traveled all the way from Kazakhstan, we warmly shared this with the front desk upon arrival and politely asked if a room upgrade with a sea view might be possible for such an occasion. We weren’t demanding it, but we were met with absolute indifference. The reception staff completely ignored our special events - no upgrade, no alternatives offered, not even a basic room compliment or a simple "Happy Birthday."A truly premium hotel isn't just about beautiful facilities and good food; it's about hospitality and making guests feel valued on their most important days. Turunç Premium has great potential, but the front desk team seriously needs to work on their guest relations.

    We had a wonderful stay at Turunc Premium in the charming coastal town of Turunc. The town itself is peaceful and picturesque, with narrow streets, local shops, and a relaxed, authentic atmosphere that makes it perfect for a low-key seaside getaway. Strolling along the waterfront and visiting nearby cafes felt unhurried and pleasant.The hotel is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms, spotless common areas, and a peaceful atmosphere ideal for relaxing. The pool area and gardens are lovely — great for both families and couples.Regarding dining, not all the food was tasty, the selection was limited. We understand this was likely because the hotel had only recently reopened for the season after winter and guest numbers were still low, which reduced menu variety. We appreciated the quality of the dishes that were available and hope the variety increases as the season progresses.A special thank you to Inna from Guest Relations, who made our visit exceptional.     Thank you everyone at the Turunc premium for a fabulous and memorable holiday.The hotel and its views are truly stunning with many different areas and levels to fully appreciate the wonderful scenery. The hotel is spotless thanks to the many hard working staff. Food was plentiful with lots of choices to suit all tastes.The hotel staff are fantastic and most of them go out of their way to keep guests happy. Special mention to Berkan in the main restaurant for looking after us everyday and the good laughs and chat we shared🤩 .Also to Dogus in the snack bar restaurant for your attention with our wine drinking😉 . I cant remember the polite and well mannered young lady's name in the patisserie but you were a star with your amazing flavoured iced coffees😘 . Thanks to Mehmet at the pool bar for the wonderful cocktails always served with a smile😉.     Great holiday at the Turunc Premium

    This is my second second stay at the Turunc premium and again it did,nt dissapoint.The location boasts the most incredible views over the mountains and bay.The hotel is spotlessly clean with lots of nicely designed areas to sit and enjoy the stunning view, the rooms are comfortable and well equiped.Pool is good and just a short walk down some steps to the crystal clear sea.All staff were attentive and work very hard, had a couple of issues on arrival, but they were dealt with promptly.The spa is well worth a visit i booked a package consisting of salt scrub, foam bath, massage and face pack , fabulous!.The food was very good with lots of variety and options, at times it could have been a little hotter, but still very enjoyable.A special mention has to be made for our waiter Berkan who was so attentive to all guests and made our meal times even more enjoyable with his sharp wit, also Dogus in the snack bar was very good. Mehmet at the pool bar made us some great cocktails and milkshakes.The entertainment was very good and iklim from the team was very enthusiastic and i enjoyed her morning pilates classes and water areobics.It was my Birthday during my stay and the hotel left a fruit plate, bottle of wine and a lovely message in my room which was much appreciated.I love this hotel, it has everything you need for a truly great holiday and i will definitely be returning.
