  Lovely Hotel and Lovely staff.

  Lovely Hotel, Lovely Staff. The rooms were clean, the bathroom is lovely. Nice breakfast, restaurant area. There is a supermarket across the road. You can get a bus to Marmaris outside. There are a number of lovely simple Turkish restaurants nearby. There is a nice basic kebab place just around the corner.

  Absolutely awful experience. Hygiene standards at this hotel are a disgrace and a health hazard:- The bar staff and waiters (if you can call them that) are very inattentive to guests needs in the restaurants and pool area- unless you go up to the bar and ask. The staff spend their time watching football in the bar area - never saw the pool being cleaned, but witnessed guests hockling and spitting in the pool, absolutely disgusting - food served by waiters who are constantly on their phones and witnessed them picking their noses- breakfast inadequate- meat left out in hot temperatures for hours with no refrigeration - tables dirty and never cleaned in the restaurant - pool area and sunbeds covered in bird poo

  Hospitalised with amoebic dysentery

  Third time visiting this hotel, all other times had absolutely no complaints and had an amazing time (hence the repeated visits) but this one will be our lastWe went for 7 nights at the start of July 25’ and on arrival was given no room/ was told that we would be taken to the ‘sister hotel’ down the road ‘Emilia’ which can only be described as a hell hole, returned back to hotel at lunch to find out we weren’t the only ones to have not been given a room that night. Some other general complaints I will bullet point - no compensation for lack of room - chased constantly about paying for Turkish night - paid full price for air con even though we didn’t have the first night in hotel - unsafe bed that tipped up when sat on it - room not adequate for 3 grown adults as one bed was a put up - bar staff sat watching football ignoring guests - visible dirt in pool grill - eating own food with guests - Diet Coke mixed with coke (one of our party has an allergy) That’s not the worst of it.. I then came down with dysentery, was hospitalised for 3 days, missed our return flight and was told it was due to unsanitary conditions. All food I ate was the same as the rest of my party, the only difference was that I had put my head underwater in the pool…. If you can afford to spend 2 weeks on several antibiotics and never get over the embarrassment of losing your dignity on the floor of Dalaman airport, this is your ideal place to go

  What an amazing friendly bunch who go above & beyond to assist & help you in this small friendly modern hotel. Local to all amenities. My daughter & myself had a lovely break away for my birthday & when it was meant to come to an end & out love holidays transfer didn't turn up, these guys really did step up & look after us, from talking to the turkish transfer who didn't arrive to giving us a reduced price room for the extra days we had to stay while booking a new flight, booking transport for us & basically being there for our every need. I will definitely be visiting again.

  Dont go its a hotel that if you dont buy food or drinks the staff ignore you and try ti intimidate you wot a joke off a hotel dont go a lot better hotels out there
