Lovely small hotel.

First time stay at the Yavus hotel and we were not disappointed, what a wonderful, small friendly hotel which was spotlessly clean. Owner and staff were so helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Pool area is beautiful and the pool is exceptionally clean. Our room was a good size with a lovely large comfy bed, lovely hot shower, although wet room style but didn’t deter from the overall room. Breakfast was a bit repetitive and would love a bit more variety but that’s my only negative, the pool meals we had were very good. We picked this hotel for the location as we prefer to be near the river and not so close to the centre, overall a fabulous hotel which we will certainly return to.

An absolute gem

An absolute gem. Just back from 15 nights at the Yavut hotel. It’s around a 7 minute walk to the centre. Although the accommodation is basic, it’s spotless and enough for what is needed. The pool is amazing ( it’s the cleanest we’ve ever seen in Dalyan ) , along with the lovely, well looked after grounds. Mr. Yavut (aka Charlie) is delightful, as is his employee tea - bag. Both could not do enough for you. It’s oh so peaceful. Both myself and my friend met some lovely people, who were all returning guests. That alone speaks for itself. (Would you believe me if I said Antonio Banderas & Sharon Stone ?) I’ve read some negative reviews and honestly, I can not understand where they are coming from. It’s true that no food or drink is allowed to be taken in, but I don’t see a problem, as the price of these within the hotel are more than reasonable.Charlie’s Angels will be going back. See you next year Charlie & tea bag ( & hopefully the same guests too ) We had an amazing time & are already counting down the days until August 2027.

A Relaxing Stay

Booked as a last minute holiday, literally 4 days before departure, I chose to ignore some of the reviews and had a very pleasant stay here. The room was basic but clean and adequate for my trip. There was a good selection of continental breakfast and snacks available throughout the day. You are not allowed to bring food in from outside but there are plenty of places to eat out nearby. The town centre and river are within walkable distance from the hotel. I had no problems with the staff, Yigit in particular couldn't do enough to help including fixing my sunglasses for me on my last day. The pool was immaculate. I dont normally sit my the pool on holiday but in this hotel I learned to relax

Fantastic place. Basic family run hotel. Quiet relaxing. Always had fresh fruit in the morning. A shop in walking distance and. A beautiful harbour 15 mins down the road. Highly recommend it if you want to relax. ? I do think you should be aware though the hotel seem to charge for ice when u purchase a drink at the bar. ??
