Location

This hotel is located towards the western end of Marmaris's large crescent-shaped bay, with access to the fabulous beach and only about 700 m from the centre of the resort, although there are many bars, discos and restaurants along the promenade right in front of the hotel.

    Loads of negative reviews about the staff, yet we’ve found everyone dead friendly and polite? Couldn't do enough for us on check in, upgraded our room for a reasonable cost too! The rooms are really nice with soft beds ( perfect for a good nights sleep ) we have a sea view room. ( is there a swimming pool? We havent found one yet, not that it bothers us ) perfectly located hotel… the only one thing to mention is the bar below dose play dance music till the small hours ( decent dj as well, his mixing skills are on point, i can report this live from my bedroom and its 00:04 ) I will sleep through it as a bit background noise doesn't bother me, if you need silence you may wish to look for a quieter spot. We’re happy here though, this will do nicely

    The hotel has got a kind of a pub. Actually it's worse than a pub with noise all night long. You can not sleep until around 3 am. And people drunk shouting dancing and god knows what else. So if you are travelling with kids and family it is not at all family friendly. Very small lift and the breakfast is limited to tomatoes, cucumber, boiled eggs, cheese rolls and juice from concentrate and coffee is only instant. Their restaurant sells pork and bacon for breakfast.

    We had a great stay in this lovely hotel. We got a beautiful room with a view of the bay of Marmaris. Yilmaz was so helpful when we found ourselves without accomodation due to a scam. Bartam on reception was also so kind and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and the boys in the Irish bar were great fun. Thank you all

    From arrival to departure we had a very welcoming stay at the yuvam prime hotel. After reading all the bad reviews we were very anxious about going there but we needn't have been i dont know what some people expect for the price. The rooms were nice and clean and were cleaned every day good air con and safe bit small but did the job.Staff reception and manager were all helpful and pleasant. Thank you for a lovely stay and hope to be back to see you soon

    Stayed here as a couple for one week On arrival wasn't overly impressed as there is only one lift and that was broken The gentleman at reception took our suitcases to our room on the 3rd floor and true to the reception word it was repaired that day We had bed and breakfast the Breakfast consided of one type of meat 4 types of cheese , Olives , boiled Egg , Tomatoes , Watermelon , bread , jam , chocolate spread ,As a hotel the location is amazing in the middle of Marmaris it is located above the Irish bar where you get your breakfast in the morning As it is a party bar it is noisy at night with Music going on till 1am so if you want peace and quiet at night this is not for you. But it is right on the beach you can get food from the Irish bar down staires to eat in the bar of on the beach also the hotel has a small pool at the rear of the hotel with some sun loungers. The staff in the hotel are polite and the hotel is clean. the rooms have small fridges for your drinks ect.One thing that was missing was proper cup at the tea and coffee points in the rooms where you are given paper cups. Im glad to say I had a great stay at this hotel and I would stay here again. Thank to everyone at the hotel for a great stay
