  Unfortunately this hotel has not any parking and your car must be in street!!!There is not toothbrush and toothpaste!!!Breakfast is not goodFamily rooms are not sea sideRooms are noisy and it has not pool

  For room size and furniture are excellent, all looked luxurious and modern. But some basic equipments are like sink and microwave not available. Sea view from the room also not looked nice due to building construction and dirty yard.Hotel location is far from shop or restaurant, so forget it if you don't have vehicle.Reception staff also not friendly, maybe because of poor english.

  Definitely wouldn’t come to the hotel again ! Pros: To be fair the suites are convenient for the prices and pretty spacious Cons: - it’s better if you slept in your car cuz you can hear everything going on in the street - a lot of construction around the hotel - Management is BAD and very disrespectful (especially the women working over there I mean Oh My God) they change the prices based on the customers nationality so be aware !

  We had stayed for seven nights visiting this amazing city Trabzon for first time. We liked the hotel rooms and furniture. Breakfast is included, and is OK. However, the hotel manager is very rude person, and not a welcoming person. Reception lady who speak Arabic she was not a respected person, you can hear her talking about you. Also, you cannot control the air conditioning!!! and it was off for last night. So, we opened the window to cool the room, but we woke up with plenty of mesquites bites, because hotel is in front of sheep pen :(

  We stayed in Alesha Suite for 3 days and it was amazing experience. Well designed suits with modern furniture Beautiful sea location especially early morning. Breakfast buffet is delicious with different food varieties , food is exceptionality tasty cooked by female chefs ( Essam and remaining morning crews were greeting every body with big smile) Staff are friendly with good English/Arabic language (Fatema & Baraja) . Housekeeping was the only negative thing we noticed in this hotel but once we complained things were on track. The surrounding area is under constructions which might disturb the peaceful view , hopefully will be completed soon. Hotel is highly recommended.
