  One immediately feels that the hotel is well managed. Attentive staff. Speedy check-in. Welcome letter and sweets in the room. By the way, the rooms we had were HUGE. And with a nice seaview (I believe from floor 9 and higher). The hotel restaurant was very tasty Turkish, with locals eating there as well, which is always a good sign. I can recommend this hotel in Trabzon.   Good hotel in Trabzon

  I booked this hotel as I am a member of Hilton Hhonors rewards programme.The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast had limited choices but good enough to start the day. The check-in staff argued that breakfast was not included although I paid extra for it. I discovered later that all guests have full access to the breakfast restaurant.A major drawback is the distance from the hotel to central area (Trabzon Meydan). A taxi trip costs around ITL 700 each way. I would suggest that the hotel makes a shuttle bus available to Meydan as a complimentary service to all hotel guests.   Very good value with breakfast for gold member

  At least at this time of year (May) was very good value for a Hilton gold member - $85 or 3200tl, and we were upgraded to a comfortable full sea view room and given the very good breakfast for the two of us. Reception staff and cooking staff all very helpful, waiting staff obliging.   The room was very nice. The bathroom were very clean and filled with amenity kits however the bed that was in the living room made a lot creaking sounds, other than that every thing was good. The breakfast was very good like MasterChef quality.   Great hotel in Trabzon

  On my last visit to Trabzon I stayed at my favorite hotel which is Double tree by Hilton. The staff was so nice and helpful especially Mr Cemal at the front desk and Awatef at customer service relations, they always do their best to make my stay wonderful and remarkable. I have been choosing doubletree Trabzon as my most preferred hotel for long time due to professional services i see at this hotel. They alway serve you with ultimate professionalism and dedication, and with smiles in their faces even under pressure. The room is clean and tidy and has all the amenities you expect. The breakfast is very nice with huge variety to choose.
