  The location is perfect, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful especially Recep. He gave us directions and advised us on good places to visit and also helped us alot.

  very modern hotel and clean also the staff are amazing and the food deleicious ... there is a starbucks in the lobby and the locaaaation is just perfect 👌🏽 ... reception staff are very friendly and helpful specially mazen he speak good english which make it easy to be understood. overall great experince i recommand & kinda suprise its not a 4 star hotel even tho the quality look like it.

  Last Minute Cancellation due to Lack of Easy Car Access

  We had a reservation for this place, but ended up cancelling the day of the reservation. This hotel is directly in the middle of Trabzon, which means congested, narrow alley ways, irregular parking, and crazy google map navigation. We drove for an hour trying to find this place, and tried to call, but later determined it's only really possible by parking your car 10 minutes away and walking in. Trabzon seemed safe enough to do this, but we didn't want to haul 40kg of bags to the front door. Based on the previous reviews, I am sure this hotel is good. However, not recommended if you're not familiar with Trabzon and you have your own car. Going forward, this hotel should send directions/PIN to people with some instructions on how to approach by car. Valet parking/hotel escort would remove a lot of stress. Give the last minute cancellation, we had to eat $30 USD..hence the review to warn others.

  An absolute GEM inside the centre of Trabzon

  We are a couple + 1 daughter.Here is our story...We were looking for a hotel at late night due to last minute change in program.After lots of searches, this hotel came up in one of the hotel apps.We were hesitant a bit due to previous warnings from friends about the hotels in the area not being true to the pictures. Lack of recent reviews in most hotels strengthened those fears.We arrived to the hotel without a reservation because we wanted to see the room first.The price was too good compared to the luxury displayed in the pictures.We arrived late at adding 10PM. We parked the car nearby (Google maps is not accurate as it leads to a nearby blocked road that you need to continue on foot).We were welcomed by an extremely polite guy who speaks English well and offered us the triple room and agreed to show us the room. It was perfect! 1:1 with the pictures!He then came with me to instruct me on how to find the correct free parking used by the hotel guests (10 steps from the hotel).I didn't have great expectations from the breakfast due to the low rate per night, but actually it was relatively surprisingly good (not 5 star. You can't expect this )It's a good thing that due to COVID-19, you are not allowed to pick the dishes/cutlery/food by yourself. There are several ladies there who are responsible to pick the items for you.There are egg dishes but you can order a custom made omelette at extra charge (~15TL).And there is a small Starbucks at the ground floor.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone as come back again.

  I have stayed in 4 different hotels in Trabzon area so far. This one has the most comfortable rooms and beds. The rooms dont smell like cigarettes which is a big plus. The breakfast is a little weak. I would suggest eating outside at a nearby local place. Has very nice coffee downstairs and a coffee shop. Staff is friendly also
