If you dont have rental car, you will fell isolated

The reception was good, the breakfast was nice, the sea view was great and the room was clean. Alas, it was about 10 to 15 minutes by taxi to the Meydan. Each trip costs about 14 USD. If you want to save money and take the "Dolmush" (a small bus) the problem is that you have to walk about 5 minutes to the nearest pedestrian bridge and then climb about 40 steps to go to the other side of the road and wait for the bus which is mostly full and you have to stand. The other thing is that they put only 2 water bottles per day and to buy water you have to walk on a broken pavement for about 5 minutes to get your water. Same as for instant coffee and creamer. Moreover, the shampoo ran out the last day.

Exceptional Service - a very comfortable stay
19 Jan 2026
It was our first trip to Trabzon and we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the very beginning, the staff impressed us with their professionalism and responsiveness. We reached out ahead of our trip with queries, and we received a reply within hours providing clear guidance, helpful tips, and the reassurance we needed. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One standout feature was the pillow menu — a thoughtful touch that’s increasingly rare these days unless you’re staying at a very high-end property. The room also had a safe that was spacious enough to fit all our belongings, which added an extra layer of convenience and peace of mind. The location worked perfectly for us. It was reasonably close to the airport, which made our travel plans much easier. There were also great shops around the property, and a supermarket just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything we needed during our stay.Throughout our visit, Mr. Mehmet and his team members continued to be incredibly supportive, always ready to answer questions, offer recommendations, and help us find anything we needed. Their friendliness and attention to detail made our experience smooth and enjoyable.

Nice hotel in Trabzon

The hotel is well maintained and located at the sea side but not directly on the sea. The sea view from the hotel is not the best in Trabzon. The rooms are spacious and comfy and the breakfast is great with many varieties. There is an issue with the elevators because each elevator has its own buttons so guests call both elevators which creates traffic. The team are cooperative. The area is good with some shopping stores and cafes nearby

First Time in Trabzon
16 Oct 2024
I spent 4 nights at the hotel, and the cleaning was inadequate. They even left trash in the middle of the toilet. The breakfast restaurant tables were consistently dirty, with food remains on the floor and tables. The staff were also not welcoming. I didn’t enjoy my stay and will never stay there again.
