  Exceptional Service - a very comfortable stay

  It was our first trip to Trabzon and we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the very beginning, the staff impressed us with their professionalism and responsiveness. We reached out ahead of our trip with queries, and we received a reply within hours providing clear guidance, helpful tips, and the reassurance we needed.The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One standout feature was the pillow menu — a thoughtful touch that’s increasingly rare these days unless you’re staying at a very high‑end property. The room also had a safe that was spacious enough to fit all our belongings, which added an extra layer of convenience and peace of mind.The location worked perfectly for us. It was reasonably close to the airport, which made our travel plans much easier. There were also great shops around the property, and a supermarket just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything we needed during our stay.Throughout our visit, Mr. Mehmet and his team members continued to be incredibly supportive, always ready to answer questions, offer recommendations, and help us find anything we needed. Their friendliness and attention to detail made our experience smooth and enjoyable.

  Nice hotel in Trabzon

  The hotel is well maintained and located at the sea side but not directly on the sea. The sea view from the hotel is not the best in Trabzon.The rooms are spacious and comfy and the breakfast is great with many varieties.There is an issue with the elevators because each elevator has its own buttons so guests call both elevators which creates traffic.The team are cooperative.The area is good with some shopping stores and cafes nearby

  I spent 4 nights at the hotel, and the cleaning was inadequate. They even left trash in the middle of the toilet. The breakfast restaurant tables were consistently dirty, with food remains on the floor and tables. The staff were also not welcoming. I didn’t enjoy my stay and will never stay there again.

  Good hotel, good and welcoming staff, I didn’t like is that it’s away from everything, taxi to Meydan 400 TL each way…..

  The hotel is modern and clean, reception are welcoming and nice, I left my mobile in a taxi they did not help to call the company try to inform them, hotel is far from city center it cost to Meydan 400 Tl each way, to forum mall 350 tl each way…………..

  Location is good not in the centre of the city but close to shopping area and airport, staff are helpful, as they change my room because of a bug the room is clean and breakfast is very good but one thing I don’t like is that they switch off the air conditioning from reception once the temperature reduces to 20/19 degrees saying it is “winter” ! No its not the weather was warm, For me i prefer to control the air conditioning instead ..
