  Unprofessional and Rude Customer Service – A Disappointing Experience at a So-Called 5-Star Hotel

  I stayed at this hotel recently, expecting 5-star service, but instead, I encountered shockingly unprofessional behavior from the staff. Upon checking out, I was rudely accused of damaging the TV remote, which had missing arrow buttons. I hadn’t even bothered to report the remote the night before, as I was tired, and it was still functional. However, the front desk employee aggressively claimed that the remote was in perfect condition and suggested I had caused the damage, speaking to me in a disrespectful and accusatory tone.When I politely asked him to lower his voice and address me professionally, his response was, "If I didn’t lower my voice, what would you do?"—a statement that made me feel more like I was dealing with a street gang member than a hotel employee. This type of hostile and unprofessional conduct is completely unacceptable, especially at an establishment that claims to be 5-star.As a paying guest, I expect courteous and respectful treatment, but instead, I was met with hostility and disrespect. I will not be returning to this hotel, and I strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking a stay here. Customer service should be a top priority in any hotel, especially one that advertises itself as luxurious.A deeply disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for professionalism and quality service.

  One of the best hotels in Trabzon, not far away from the city center, thoug I recommend always to rent a car from one of the companies inside or near the airport. very comfortable and very friendly staff specially Mina in the restaurant and Abdullah in the reception.Rooms different size and some rooms have sea view.

  Cozy hotel. Very good location. You can take a small bus front in front of the hotel directly to downtown (maydan) which is a very nice place to go to for shopping, but not for eating. There is a good restaurant next to the hotel (2 minutes walking).Rooms are tiny, but clean.

  My first time to have seen a hotel not offering an iron!!!furthermore, it asks the tenants to pay for the ironing service! No shower caps !! However, the staff is friendly and helpful. They never hesitated to offer help when needed. Nevertheless, they need to excel their services

  The hotel rooms were excellent in terms of comfort, facilities and cleanliness. When we entered the hotel, they did not treat us properly, especially since we had made a reservation in the hotel system, one of the novice employees was not able to find our reservation and did not treat us properly. In most hotels, even three-star hotels, staff are trained to treat hotel guests properly. The location of the hotel is relatively far from the city center, but the park near the hotel is suitable for exploring and enjoying the sea.
