Disgrace
01 Sept 2026
The hotel is clean and in a good location, but the service is terrible. We had a reservation elsewhere when we arrived in the evening, and they were completely unhelpful; the treatment was awful. We checked out the next day, only to find out we'd forgotten our ID at the hotel. It took us a whole day to reach them, and no one answered the phone. The woman who did answer was never helpful or reassuring. We handed over our ID at check-in, went to our room, and it was still there. We checked out the next day, and no one reminded us. But the biggest problem is that you can't reach the hotel when you call. Such irresponsibility is unbelievable. What are those phones even for? Worst hotel in Trabzon
07 Aug 2021
The room we have was a double bedroom with sea view, the room is big and view of the black sea is great, and that is it.The hotel is bad, the location is far away from everything. The only place is the supermarket down stairs that you can buy what you need. The hotel have a restaurant and a cafe, the price is on the high end but food is medium in the best case, and the service is slow and rude. For breakfast they have a plate with boiled egg or scrambled egg, two kinds of cheese, tomato and Cucumber, butter and jam, and that is it. If you want anything else you have to buy it.There is no laundry service in the hotel, and they don't clean the room until you request it. The second day of our stay they did not bring us new towles, and they say that they have a problem with the laundry service. They bring us new towels after a long time of waiting in the room without bath. The recepion employees are rude, not even trying to help in anyway, the hotel manager is thinking just about money and nothing else.

Very nice hotel

We were pleasantly surprised at this hotel. It was actually very nice. The reception was friendly. They gave us a free upgrade to a full sea view room. The room was huge with a large balcony. Beautiful view of the Black Sea. The hotel restaurant was okay but they don’t serve alcohol. I don’t think I saw any place nearby that does. But no matter. We enjoyed the stay. We loved going into the nearby town of Arakli, only minutes away, to eat at one of the lokantas there. Very friendly locals. As Trabzon itself is not a really pretty town, we were lucky to find this one only a few minutes east up the coast, right on the sea. Much more quiet and scenic.
