  Clean and comfortable hotel. Inside, next to the lobby, there is a coffee shop that is very useful, as is the supermarket next to it.Very nice sea views.To improve proposals in the restaurant and breakfast.   Worst hotel in Trabzon

  The room we have was a double bedroom with sea view, the room is big and view of the black sea is great, and that is it.The hotel is bad, the location is far away from everything. The only place is the supermarket down stairs that you can buy what you need.The hotel have a restaurant and a cafe, the price is on the high end but food is medium in the best case, and the service is slow and rude. For breakfast they have a plate with boiled egg or scrambled egg, two kinds of cheese, tomato and Cucumber, butter and jam, and that is it. If you want anything else you have to buy it.There is no laundry service in the hotel, and they don't clean the room until you request it. The second day of our stay they did not bring us new towles, and they say that they have a problem with the laundry service. They bring us new towels after a long time of waiting in the room without bath.The recepion employees are rude, not even trying to help in anyway, the hotel manager is thinking just about money and nothing else.

  - The Room is very wide and nice view- The hotel is very quiet and very good for family- Strategic location between Trabzon and Rize , so you can go to both ways sites easy and it is easy to reach with easy car parking- Clean hotel- New and furnature is new also- Price is very good

  We were pleasantly surprised at this hotel. It was actually very nice. The reception was friendly. They gave us a free upgrade to a full sea view room. The room was huge with a large balcony. Beautiful view of the Black Sea. The hotel restaurant was okay but they don’t serve alcohol. I don’t think I saw any place nearby that does. But no matter. We enjoyed the stay. We loved going into the nearby town of Araklı, only minutes away, to eat at one of the lokantas there. Very friendly locals. As Trabzon itself is not a really pretty town, we were lucky to find this one only a few minutes east up the coast, right on the sea. Much more quiet and scenic.

  That feeling when you realize the room you got its way way better that you saw online!I'm very happy with my stay there: The staff, The room, The AMAZING SEA VIEW, The restaurant and more..Its a new hotel, you can smell that lol. The room is big with amazing carpet and decoration, The Bathroom is luxurious and contains everything you need and dream, My wife had a problems with the Wifi but it just worked perfect with me, I Stayed in turkey more than 20 days i tried different hotels in istanbul, Trabzon, Iskenduron, Uzongol and Adana but this hotel was the best and my favorite.I recommend it for everyone believe me you'll not find a complete hotel like this hotel thankk you
