Each morning, I was warmly welcomed at breakfast with a cup of chai tea, setting a positive tone for the day. The hotel offered a calm, homely atmosphere that allowed me to work productively while still feeling relaxed. As someone who is particular about food, I found the restaurant consistently met—and often exceeded—my expectations. The reception lady Ms. Zeynep Su was extremely kind, professional, and welcoming. From the very first moment, she made us feel comfortable and well taken care of every time. My experience at this hotel was outstanding, thanks to an exceptionally smooth and professional check-in and check-out process. I would like to give a special thanks to Zeynep at the front desk.
