    I had a very bad experience and service on the beach with my sister with the towel boy and security man whom talked to my sister in unrespectable way Which made us in very bad mood all the day Although location and rooms are good we made a complain to manger

    I have been living at Beach Rotana Residences for almost three years, and I am still very happy with my choice.The Residences works very well. Rooms are serviced three times per week, with towels, bedding, coffee and water replaced each time. At least once a year when I am travelling, a deep clean is made. Thracy and Yosef are excellent.The room service menu is comprehensive, food usually comes within the app predicted time (30 mins or so) and the room service team that deliver are always friendly and polite.As with most places within Abu Dhabi, BRR is kept spotless and in pristine condition for residents. Even after the big storm a year or so ago, everything was quickly back to normal.Beach Rotana seem to choose their staff very well for both Residences and the broader hotel complex. Thanusa seems to have trained many of the current restaurant staff while she was working on P1, so it is no wonder that their standards, politeness and friendliness are high.All reception, security and concierge staff in Residents are excellent. Small issues are always inevitable, but in my experience they are sorted out quickly, efficiently and fairly.Parking for residents is easy, with spaces plentiful. The lift from the basement car park delivers you your floor directly.Residents are able to use the Beach Rotana facilities, which includes two beaches, two gyms, pool and eleven or so restaurants. Food is good, though I would prefer it if more healthy options were available. Either that, or showing guests what goes into each dish in terms of sodium, sugar, fat etc All in all, I can highly recommend Beach Rotana Residences to anyone moving to or visiting Abu Dhabi.
