    Repeated Noise Disturbance – Police Intervention Required at 1:30 AM

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel has been extremely disappointing and needs to be shared.I have been a long-term resident here for more than one year and had never raised any complaints until recently. However, over the past two months, the occupants of the downstairs room have repeatedly caused severe noise disturbances late at night. The situation escalated to the point where I was woken up at 1:30 AM by a loud party, which is completely unacceptable in any residential or hotel environment.Despite submitting multiple formal complaints to the front desk, the issue persisted without improvement, and the hotel failed to enforce basic noise control or ensure a comfortable living environment for other residents.The situation became so serious that I had no choice but to call the police, who came to the property and instructed the hotel to take immediate action. Only after police intervention did the hotel finally acknowledge the need to relocate the room making noise to another room, potentially bothering other residents—unfortunately, this does not address the root problem.It is now 3:20 AM, and after speaking with the police officer, I have completely lost my sleep for the rest of the night. This is the reason I am writing and sharing this experience.What is most concerning is not just the noise itself, but the lack of accountability and responsiveness from management. Even after repeated complaints, the responses were vague and failed to provide any effective resolution until the police intervened.For a hotel that accommodates long-term residents, this level of service and disregard for guest comfort is unacceptable. A basic expectation of any accommodation is the ability to sleep peacefully at night — and that standard was clearly not met.I strongly urge management to take noise complaints seriously and implement proper measures to prevent such situations in the future.Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property to others seeking a quiet and comfortable stay.
