    Best Part-upgraded to suite, fluffy pillows, soft bed, spacious room, amazing staff(bellboy and reception guy)- He helped me with parking, price.     Good hotel for business travelers

    I spent four nights here. The rooms are as in the pictures. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. I did not use the kitchenette or washing machine in the room, but having these in the room was nice. Breakfast in the hotel dining room was very good and varied each day, the fresh mangos on our first day were absolutely delicious. The cappuccino coffee made by the barista was the best coffee we had in Abu Dabi. The rooftop swimming pool was open 9-18, when I was working so unfortunately I did not get to try out the pool. Overall a very nice hotel, especially if you are working all day, and do not need lots of infrastructure for your visit.     a so-so city center hotel with great staff

    The location is nice and is well inside the city. the room is spacious and offers plenty of space for a family. hotel staff are all nice and very hospitable, always trying help out in any way that they can. Cons: parking is not free, swimming pool is too small to even enjoy a swim. breakfast is on the shabby side (even if it is cheap, free, or expensive, quality should always be there), choices are very very limited. furnitures as well are quite old; torn out sofas, broken cookers, range hoods are very dirty a lot needs to be updated. nevertheless, the staffs welcoming smiles and helpfulness made our stay pleasant.     Booked for a month at a good rate and when the rates increased, they cancelled my booking

    I booked this hotel through Agoda on the 22nd of October 2021. On the 22nd of November, o received an email from Agoda that my reservation have been cancelled due to wrong rate. I was wondering if the rate was wrong, why they did not cancel during this month, why wait for a whole month when all other hotels rates went up. I was depdending on that reservation and didn't look for other hotels when the rates were reasonable. Now when all the rates went up, they cancelled my reservation to receive other reservations with increased price. I never thought a hotel which should be centered around customer satisfaction more than the money would act like this.
