    Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi is the best choice for our anniversary celebration. Outstanding assistance. Roomy spaces featuring luxurious bedding, top-quality toiletries, and scenic views. Clean, well-kept, and frequently showcasing distinctive, thematic, and impressive architectural design. The pools and shorelines are under renovation, but they were able to provide us with amazing swimming experiences in their collab hotels. The premium dining options are exceptional. The team was genuinely friendly and eager to address any request. In addition to considerate amenities and overall comfort, a proficient staff that specializes in personalized service is essential for every hotel. I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Emad from Hyatt Regency Riyadh, who perfectly coordinated our stay at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi to ensure we have the best staycation , which left a mark by exceeding our expectations . Thank you so much to Mr. Malik at Grand Hyatt for the hospitality. Indeed , a 5-star hotel.

    Missed connection to Sydney, Etihad mishandled the hotel transfer, in the end at 01.30 was dropped near the Grand Hyatt and walked in. Check in was quick and easy. Room 1613 was great. FYI those bathroom mirrors slide and block the light when you sleep. One for the staff - I forgot to mention at check out the battery in the safe need’s changing. 3 x missile alerts in the night so disturbed sleep - not hotel issue.Food in the Italian restaurant was great. Apologies to the staff I tried to leave a tip and was thinking in sterling not Dirhams. Ment to leave £17 not 17 dirhams. Apols.Monoprix just next door if you need essentials.     Great food, great service and luxurious rooms with huge BALCONIES!

    Stay dates: end Feb/early March. Yes, the balcony was the main reason for booking this hotel as so many hotels in central Abu Dhabi have 'closed' rooms. The rest was a wonderful surprise - gorgeous facilities, fabulous buffets especially for breakfast (every item and cuisine you could imagine, and different every day) and beautiful rooms. Ours was on the 38th floor with a breathtaking view - making the balcony a real plus. The staff were delightful and super helpful and considering the difficult events we encountered this month, dealt with everything smoothly and calmly. The location is also excellent, right next door to the Etihad Towers and across the road from the Mandarin Oriental palace. A short cab ride into the centre of town or to one of the beach restaurants nearby.
