    I had a wonderful checked in experience in this hotel. Especially thanks to Mahamoud Safwat at the front desk. The check-in process was smooth and friendly, but what really impressed me was the lovely room he selected for me. It’s rare to find such attentive and thoughtful service. I had an amazing pleasant holiday stay . I’ll definitely be back this week too.     It is a very nice hotel, and we enjoyed our stay. We appreciate the smart people who work in this hotel, especially Ms. Mehera at the reception, who really helps us with everything without wasting time. Also, the 2 lifeguards in the swimming pool help us, and take care of our son.Many thanks to the management team at this hotel. We plan to come again soon to this wonderful hotel.     We stayed in Jannah hotel almost one month and the most beautiful experience in this hotel was due to its personnel. I wanted to hugely thank Jessie, Sharun and Mehera for creating such a warm, pleasant and welcoming atmosphere here in Jannah. Special thanks to Jessie for helping us to resolve one small problem we had in the room at the beginning. Although Jessie is a waiter he helped us resolve this issue writing to the WhatsApp chat to his colleagues and asking to help us although before we contacted the hotel engineers and they couldn’t help. So Jessie was a live saver indeed! We still communicate with him and it’s funny how life brings your way some very good and friendly people. Also, Sharun is VERY person who has a golden heart! She is also a waitress here, but she was always ready to help extra! We really were lucky to have these people around especially during very tense period related to the war in Iran (we had to stay in hotel during that time). Also, very beautiful lady at the reception Mehera helped us a lot!!! ❤️ she is the best and we became even friends!!!
