    I would like to share my feedback regarding my experience as a member at Kedar. I truly enjoy being part of this community.I would especially like to appreciate one of the staff members in the gym area. He is very fit, professional, and always helpful. His positive attitude and willingness to assist members make a significant difference in the overall experience.Thank you very much for maintaining such a supportive and motivating environment.

    I recently stayed at the Le Méridien Abu Dhabi and found the experience to be fairly average overall, with a mix of positives and some drawbacks.Positives:- The breakfast offering was great, with a wide selection and high quality. - Staff throughout the hotel were lovely, attentive, and genuinely helpful. - The pool area is a highlight, well-maintained and a nice place to relax. - The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to get around Abu Dhabi. - There is an executive lounge, but the offering is very limited Areas to be aware of:- We used Suite Night Awards for an upgrade but were initially given a very disappointing room. It appeared that one side of the hotel has been renovated while the other has not, and unfortunately we were placed in an older, unappealing room. The balcony had high walls and no real view—just nearby building work—which made it feel quite enclosed. To the hotel’s credit, staff handled this well. They moved us to a much nicer room in a better part of the property and returned our Suite Night Awards, which was appreciated. That said, I would recommend being cautious about using upgrades here due to the inconsistency in room quality. - The beach area is fairly average and doesn’t stand out compared to other properties in the region.Overall, whilst the staff and breakfast were strong points, the general feel of the property made this a fairly average stay.

    Sona, the waitress at Le Meridien Abu Dhabi Resort

    I had a very pleasant experience at Le Meridien Abu Dhabi Resort, and I would like to appreciate the excellent service provided by Sona, who works as a waitress there. She was extremely courteous, attentive, and professional throughout our visit.Sona ensured that all our needs were met promptly and with a warm smile, which truly enhanced our dining experience. Her ability to handle guests with patience and care reflects her dedication and strong customer service skills.It is staff members like Sona who make a real difference and leave a lasting impression on guests. I sincerely appreciate her efforts and would highly recommend her service to others.

    We stayed a couple of nights here on full board basis. We arrive duting lunch time but no buffet!! They sent us to a pub they have on site and told us to ordet from the menu, went to the pub and we were refused(as we had 3 kids) and sent back to the reception. Then they sent us to the main restaurant and gave us a set menu to order from, the order took 1 HOUR 45MINS to arrive, we left most of the food as we were not hungry anymore. The dinner option was minimal. I understand the situation in the middle east is not ideal right now but why would would sell a product that you can't deliver??? The breakfast was much better and we actually enjoyed. The location of the hotel is really good, pool area was ok, nothing special. The rooms are very small and old but they were clean. Staff were polite but service wasn't good enough. This is a 3 stars hotel at best.
