    I arrived at this amazing hotel just as the war began, and what was supposed to be a short stay turned into almost two weeks with my family. During that time, this hotel truly became our second home.From the very first moment, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and incredible kindness. Every single employee was attentive, caring, and always ready to help. In a difficult and uncertain situation, they made us feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the location is perfect—very close to the center. But what truly makes this place special is the people. Their warmth, professionalism, and generosity of heart are something we will never forget.This is truly one of the best hotels in the world.     Nowhere close to a 5 stars hotel

    I can’t believe it is a 5 stars hotel, they have very serious issues from hygiene, to safety (pool area), to services (including room service, valet parking) and to finish the hotel manager is totally absent, tried to reach out to him/her to share the feedback in vain despite trying 3 times over 5 days… the photos attached were for 5 days with not a single day having a room service made in a suite where a family of 4 was staying! We ended up going to the reception to ask even for toilet paper!!! extremely disappointed from the 5 stars and even more from being an Accord hotel!!Last day when checking out the deputy hotel manager reached out and promised to investigate on all the issues shared but obviously nothing was done and no follow up was made. Absolutely careless management. A real pity as location and potential are high but all the rest is disappointing and even dangerous.     A great option for a budget stay in AD

    I stayed here with my family for around 4 weeks when I moved to the city. I would highly recommend it for that purpose but also for a budget orientated city break. The room was extremely spacious and well equipped. It was very comfortable. The facilities are very good, the gym is well equipped, the pool is spacious. We only ate breakfast once and it was good quality. We had some issues with the cleaning of the room, this kept happening too late in the day which was inconvenient as we were cooking etc. But this did eventually get resolved. And the cleaning itself was very good! The staff overall were great too - friendly, helpful, efficient. Lastly the location is fantastic for food - lots of authentic, budget eats in the area. It’s also well located for trips to the beach/malls.     My family and I recently returned to Abu Dhabi, and this hotel is always our first choice. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One family member even left a valuable item behind, and the team responded promptly when we inquired about it.The hotel facilities are excellent, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Mohammed from the front office was especially attentive.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very well taken care of.
