The hotel has a lift and features 215 rooms and 7 studios. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park. Rooms

    I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Hotel. Everything was well organized, clean, and comfortable. A special thanks to Mary at the reception — she was extremely professional, friendly, and very helpful. She made the check-in process smooth and gave a great first impression of the hotel.Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really made a difference in my experience. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely come back again!

    The hotel is centrally located in Abu Dhabi. Has good facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Considering it is located on Hamdan Street the rooms are peaceful.
