    I recommend Paragon Apartment Hotel in Muroor Road Abudhabi, They have a very professional staff, Thank you Ms Ruena Calayan. The Hotel Apartment is a classic Hotel Apartment you feel at home with there 1 bedroom Deluxe King Apartment, you have everything you need in the kitchen plus the very good authomatic washing machine a cooker and a kitchen utensils. I definitely book again on our next trip.

    We were looking for a hotel for one night to spend the night before flying out of Abu Dhabi airport. We got to the airport by bus from the central bus station and, accordingly, we were looking for a hotel within walking distance from the bus to the airport. Also, we were traveling with small children and needed a kitchen to cook. This hotel met all our expectations: convenient location, cleanliness, fast internet, comfortable mattresses, kitchen, cooking utensils. In addition, seeing that we were with children, we were given a free upgrade and we got a room even better than booked.

    Overall We are not given the Service that must be give to us. Bad customer Service and will never go back again. The Celebration of the Party was unhappy cause of dealing with the bad service of Front Office, and we willNever come back again to all the Paragon Hotel cause of just the mistakes of the People who work here.

    It was shocking to me and my family when I reported Hotel management morning Friday 20/3/2020 that No A/C nor Refergerator working in the room 603 morning that Filipino lady and Indian servant told me to wait till 11.00 am to inform the supervisor added to that I asked them to solve it immediately but they keep me on hold as all my food and drinks damaged in fregerator due to Electricity short in the room then I request them for late check out as I have to go outside Hotel to have food as facility don’t have any Restuarant but Again I called Hotel to check our status by which Bangali Supervisor answered me in very unpleasant way and manner lack of any professionalism nor hospitality to solve the problem but he start threatens me that all these are stories and if I will not check out before 2.00 he is going to charge me extra night and I believe that such attitude is not suitable to represent group if Hotels in UAE like Massa and Paragon Hotel

    it was a very bad experience, 19/3/2020 in room number 603 , i have been shocked with un professional behavior with the bangalii supervisor , i wake up at 4 am with no AC , my food in the refrigerator damaged , because of the electricity shortage , they told me you have to wait until 11 am ,i am not advise any one to go there
