    Absolutely disgraceful experience, booked to stay here 8th-15th December 2025, booked 3 rooms for 5 adults and two children, travelled from the uk, arrived at the hotel to find they had cancelled the booking, we had chosen the pay at the hotel option I had emailed them with out expected arrival time etc everything was fine on the day of departure but whilst in the air they decided to take 1 dirham out of my bank (equivalent to about 20p) my bank saw this as a fraudulent transaction and declined the payment, they emailed me to tell me and gave me 4 hours to change the card details, how in earth do they think we can do that or even know this was happening whilst on a 7.5 hr flight with no internet? The lady at reception was very rude and couldn’t care less that we had flown all that way and was now stranded with a 5 month old baby and a 3 year old disabled child, she told us they were now fully booked but in the next sentence said we could book another room for 10,000 AED each (equivalent to 2000 each room)? our original booking was for 418.00 pounds per room ! Premier inn should be ashamed of themselves, the lady behind reception is absolutely horrible, very rude and very unprofessional, lesson learned though I will never book another premier inn anywhere in the world never mind here !     The hotel was good, not great. Room comfortable, the shower was hot. There are / were doing renovations and there is construction all around. The restaurant staff was very good at all times and the food , though basic, was good. I would use this hotel again if it met a price point I was looking for.
