    Exceptional Service Made Our Anniversary Special

    We had a great stay at Royal M Hotel Abu Dhabi with our 5-month-old baby. The service was exceptional—staff were warm, attentive, and very accommodating to our needs as a family.It was also our anniversary, and they went the extra mile by preparing our room and surprising us with a cake, which made the stay even more special.Highly recommended for anyone who values great hospitality.

    I would like to thank Royal M Hotel for having us and making our anniversary trip memorable. Thank you for the staff who are very accommodating and very helpful in the best way that they can. Not gonna lie that I have encountered some issues from the first room that they gave me and I raised the concern immediately to the reception. I was very disappointed at first because it’s supposed to be my surprise to my husband but when we came in I was taken aback by what the room looks like so I communicated with the hotel staffs, raised my concern and they acted upon it. So I am very thankful to them and I am very happy how they handled their clients concern. I wish them all the best and hopefully next time we comeback we can stay a bit more longer and the weather will be friendlier so we can enjoy the amenities of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I do recommend the hotel itself not because of the view or anything but on how commendable the services they give to their guests ☺️

    I had the distinct honor or of meeting with Sheik Khalifa Bin Khalid. For my visit, I chose to stay at the Royal M Hotel. Everything about my experience was exceptional ! The amenities were fantastic. No one would allow me to lift a finger, to carry luggage, gift bags or even a car door. Sometimes, after a long day, I would order room service. The food was amazing ! Soulmaya, Bali, Ibriham, Kumar & Niham went out of her way to ensure my colleagues and I were well attended to. Truly a great experience, and I will definitely be back !     This hotel is very rude without picking up calls or replying email. In view of the current safety issues with dubai, my flight provider has cancelled my flight, hence I can no longer attend my booking from April 4th to 7th.
