    We had a great stay at StayBridge with my whole family. The hotel is superb, with amazing amenities, great value, food and atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, esp Olinad and Ei Darli who assisted us during out stay.

    We had a very very amazing experience staying at Staybridge to celebrate my son’s birthday. I’d like to thank Olinad and Ei Darli for their amazing service. You gave your 100% to everyone.     I made the best decision to book Crowne Plaza Yas Island to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Ms Eskanna, Ms Rojina and their team went out of their way in welcoming us and decorating our room with balloons and a beautiful arrangement of swans and rose petals on the bed. Along with that we were blessed with a complimentary cake, bottle of champagne, bowl of fresh fruits and an upgrade to sea facing rooms with stunning views. We were overwhelmed beyond words by their warmth and hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Yas Island.

    Our family recently stayed in a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Room was modern and well equipped with kitchen and in good condition.Our request for an early check in was honoured without issue with room available immediately which was much appreciated.Check in and check out was very swift with no issues. Very helpful staff including taking our bags to our room promptly as well as storing them on day of departure.We used room service a few occasions for breakfast, lunch and dinner, food was excellent and reasonably priced.I understand new reservations now automatically include theme park tickets to Yas Island which is a massive benefit, unfortunately we booked last year and this wasn’t included.Being in Yas Plaza you also have access to the complimentary coaches/buses to get to the theme parks that run every 15-30 minutes and only takes a few minutes. Location for airport is convenient and even to get to Abu Dhabi for tours etc only 20-25 minutes by Uber.The hotel was also running a social evening a few times per week in the breakfast area including complimentary food and drinks.Hotel is immediately next door to Crowne Plaza and you can use all their facilities including family pool, spa, sauna and steam room. In addition their concierge team are very helpful at providing any information you need.We would really recommend this hotel for a family stay in Abu Dhabi and felt it offered great value for money especially as IHG members and look forward to returning.

    Very nice hotel, good rooms and room service, good housekeeping. Friendly staff. During meals, staff members like Waqas, Suman, Saurav were very friendly and helpful. Always provided service with top priority. Good and welcoming staff at reception too.
