  I stayed in this hotel 2 nights, the room was big and comfortable, the personnel was professional and helpful, close to the bus stop which can take bus to Airport or Ferrari. there are places to eat around the hotel, the price was average but for the room it is worth

  Hotel is clean. Location is good for find food and super market. No car parking itself but can park around there and need to pay parking fee. Internet is good and fast. Water for shower is strong flow. Air conditioner is cold. No mat towel, No non-smoking room as I requested in advance and no one informed before until I arrived. Staffs are friendly. Sleep quality is good.

  Stayed for 3 nights in Std Dbl Non-smoking room during Abu Dhabi trip. Was a bit apprehensive when I booked based on it's aggressive tariff & some negative reviews, but was pleasantly surprised after Check-in. This property deserves at least 2 Star rating.# Great location. Close to Madinat Zayed Shp Centre with yummy Food Court. (2-3 min walk). Nearest Restaurant is Dosa Diva ( Indian Cuisine), just adjacent. Bus Stop is 2-3 min walk away. Main Central Bus Station is 15 min walk - little over 1 Km. Airport Transfer Bus Stop at Gold Souk - Madinat Zayed Shp Centre 400 meters away. Just costs under 4 AED ( Bus A2). Easy access to bus for visiting most tourist attractions like Grand Mosque, Louvre Museum, Sadiyat Island, Yas Island, Corniche, Marina, Heritage Village, Qasr Al Hosn, Qasr Al Watan, Emirates Palace etc. Hamdan area is about 10 min walk away. Just 2 AED for travelling within the city.# Rooms are clean & fairly spacious, comfy bed with clean linen, LCD TV with very few local channels, Fridge, Intercom, Wardrobe. Our room on 5th floor had a nice city view with sunrise. Front Desk Staff & Housekeeping team is very helpful & ready to assist always. Minor problems with the room reported after check-in were promptly addressed. Even a charger ( adapter) was provided on request. Though it's an old property, it is fairly well maintained for a comfortable stay. Many cafes, restaurants, super markets around. Lots of Indian Cafe & Restaurants - Dosa Diva, Malabar, Vasant Bhuwan, Sarvanna Bhavan, Mirch Masala etc. in close vicinity. 7 Emirates Super Market has aggressive offers. We will definitely come back to Top Stars during our next visit to this city.

  Worse hotel experience ever

  The worst experience to ever have into any hotel in Abu Dhabi .from rude front desk staff to untidy environment and uncommon and strange policies of not allowing my visitor up even with ID.No wonder they are rated one star ⭐️. Look for options if have the chance to before u waste ur money on this property

  They INSIST on FREEZING you to painful illness

  OK so it's COLD outside, it's around 15-20 degrees every night, and every room does have its own ac unit, YET, THEY INSIST ON KEEPING THE AC IN THE HALLWAYS ON. And they don't just keep it on, they keep it FREEZING, which in turn obviously makes the ROOMS FREEZING. I tried asking nicely MANY TIMES, Heck the last time I even BEGGED them to turn it down but they refused...? I mean, what is even the logic here? The AC exists to regulate the temperature when it's hot, why would you crank it up ALL THE WAY when it's COLD OUTSIDE?! Was there ANY thought process involved here? And why would you refuse to turn it down?!?! ITS ALREADY COLD OUTSIDE.Ofcourse, they made me sick from my first day and I didn't get better until I went back home to dubai and slept a night in a room that wasn't freezing.When I say the room was freezing I'm not exaggerating at all, it was FREEZING.
