    Beautiful property, but a privacy issue worth knowing about

    Yas Plaza Mangroves is a stunning hotel — the design, location, and amenities are genuinely impressive, and the access to shared pools, Cyan Beach, and the theme parks makes it excellent value.However, I noticed a significant issue that I feel future guests should know about: the bathroom door in both my rooms had a gap along its side edges wide enough to allow a direct line of sight into the bathroom. This isn't the small ventilation gap you'd expect, it was a real privacy concern, especially uncomfortable for couples or families sharing a room.I'd encourage the hotel management to check door fittings across rooms as this may be a wider issue. It's the kind of thing that's easily fixed but noticeably out of place for a property at this level.Overall a lovely stay, but I hope this gets addressed for future guests.

    We celebrated my husband’s birthday here and had a great experience. All the staff were very accommodating and welcoming, especially Mrinal. They really went beyond our expectations. We’ll definitely come back with our friends and family.

    I had a wonderful stay at Yas Plaza Hotels Mangroves with my friends. The experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and I would especially like to mention Pebbles for her outstanding service. She made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options to choose from. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

    I do get hosted very well , staff were very friendly and serving with love especially Mrinal Gana was very polite, serving with respect, asking if i needed something without calling him and he is one of a kind in restaurant.
