Pros:- rooms were a decent size- my family were able to stay together Cons:- the breakfast is just sad, that's the only way I can describe. Barely edible - housekeeping acted like I was personally taking their pillow and towels when asking for extra. Had to repeat myself several times as I needed the items. - we requested a cot for my baby, wasn't there when we arrived, requested again and we got the dirtiest one they could find.- the room and bathroom cleanliness was just... Well it's something.- the washing machine still had screws in that needed to be removed so it looked like it was going to fly off the wall. A total hazard that we had to call maintenance for.- the kitchen didn't actually have a stove. Just a sink with burnmarks, cupboards that don't close properly, a microwave and a coffee maker that has a European plug so can't go into anything. Oh and the dangerous washing machine. The only decent appliance was the fridge that actually blocks the light switch.- the "kitchen" and bathroom fans were so filthy, when we turned them on, dirt flew out.- the bathroom would have so much condensation if you closed the door too long. The mirror would literally fog up and the room was wet. - random holes everywhere and things not installed properly. Just embarrassing like a cowboy builder was hired to do the work.- the sofa had a random burn hole too. - the TV would disconnect to the WiFi every time you would turn it off and it also managed to randomly change to french. - the front of the building is having some work done so to get to the entrance is one way. Meaning if you get a cab, the people behind will keep beeping as you get out.- not a generally nice or clean area.- damp on the ceiling that was dripping water.

The property was still as good as before though some amenities were closed as part of their safety measures for Covid-19. It was a property just like an apartment just bring your own utensils if you wish to cook, and detergent if you need to wash your clothes.

I stayed for 5 nights business trip, the company made the booking.3 out of the 5 nights my room was not done despite many complaints.My room was very large at the 8th floor and very noisy.The hotel is old and in bad conditions. Breakfast starts only at 7:30 and is poor except if you like curry in the morning.Despite all weaknesses it is full, probably due to the price.

It looks ok from outside but like a baloonFirst i booked two nights cuz i have a problem in my apartmentCheck in at 7pmThe AC IS NOT working and asked to change the roomAt 11pm cut off electricity and fire alarm at floor or all floorsThe wake me up to change the room second timeExcept the friendly reception this time i was going to leaveI came back 1am to room number threeAc working hardly after half hour at hallThen bedroom like nothingI asked to check out and refund my moneyThe night reception was far away from professionalism or customer orientation,They kept one night fees and i moved to another hotelIt was mistake, avoid it
