  We stayed here during the Eid Holidays with my family and we are satisfied with our stay.First, the location is amazing! It is in the city center and everything you need is just around the corner.Second, we love the view and we thank the team for granting us our request for a sea view.Third, their service is great and they attended to all our needs and request as quick as they could. For us this is really important and we really appreciate your staff's promptness. We encountered some minor issues during the stay but everything was resolved and we are happy. Lastly, I would like to commend Ms. Jennifer at the Reception for giving us such a warm welcome. She was very accommodating and nice which made us feel at home.

  I've been to this hotel several times, also to their branch in Al mina, I can say from my most visit was perfect and no issue, the staffs are nice and approachable, Especially Ms. IMANE, whom i talked over the phone, guided me about the location. I appreciate that. Tomorrow i will be there 7th of May to stay 1 night and i know i will have a great experience as ever. See you guys!

  Had to stay for 10 days in an apartment but never thought that it turned out to be a punishment and disappointment in this place. I am not sure this establishment has stars but certainly does not deserve to be included in any official rating.First of all the place is infested with cockroaches in every room. Any service request is (if ever..) responded very slow. The fridge in the kitchen is just decoration and barely chills. - their response: its normal! Very ignorant to believe that!!! In the room we experience regular power cuts and most of the power plugs are not working, even without having removed the card, probably normal as well ??Bathroom is rusty and hope we are not picking up any fungus here.The wifi is extremely slow. A 10 second clip on social media takes 2 minutes to watch.A real shame and dearly hope that future guests are reading this as I don't believe that someone from the hotel does to care and change things.

  Not a Good Stay

  If there was less than 1 star I would give it to this place. Do not be deceived by the pics in hotel apps. I did not like any thing about this place, it's not even worth taking even one pic. I tried so hard to find any thing positive but I couldn't. Worst "hotel" I've ever tried.

  All the staff are very polite and there is no issue at having my girls friend we took the 2 bedroom room, no issue for the parking, they are accommodating as well. Thats why every now and then we booked if we want to chill
