  The place was so nice. Staff was so approachable specially Daniel,he clean nice our room properly. He so very kind and friendly and all the staff.

  Very disappointing experience !- check in - took ages unnecessarily, staff rather rude, barely two words- room - we had 1 towel for two people. No phone in the room to call reception so we had to find the cleaning person. After asking him on two different occasions ( 30 minutes in between ) we finally got a second towel. No hand/face towel or mat for the floor. Went to ask reception twice and eventually came. but not hand/face towel- breakfast - very very basic.- Room itself - great AC but very ran down, no shower curtain so water went everywhere- Went checking out, asked to speak to the manager, rather rude again. was typing on the laptop instead of speaking to me. had to ask me to look at me when speaking to him. Unpleasant, did not seem to care, not even an apology for our bad stay.3 star hotel - NO. Years Ago Maybe.Would I stay there or recommence to stay there? Oh no.Very poor customer service, for a so called 3 star hotel this is not great,

  Good staff service, friendly and supportive.Great view, perfect location. Easy access. But hot water in the shower was not hot.

  Very basic Lifts are very slowThe worse breakfast selection Room is very basic Amir at front desk was great. Lalilath needs to be more customer friendly very miserable. His colleague was good It’s a 3 star hotel and budget friendly. Was very manic and lift was very slowIt is clean but grimy feel

  CONVENIENT & COMFORTABLE WITH MINOR SETBACKS

  The hotel is accessible because there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. During peak season, the parking area often gets full, but it’s still manageable. Requested for a high-floor room with a city view, and that was granted. The place is comfortable and safe.There were just a few things that needed fixing, like the landline, the dirty swimming pool, and a defective television, but it wasn’t really an issue since that wasn’t the purpose of our stay anyway. Just manage your expectations.
