  Best holiday we’ve had in a long time!

  We have just returned from an absolutely wonderful stay at Ajman Saray Resort, and I honestly cannot recommend this beautiful hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome, cared for and genuinely valued. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, and the warmth and kindness of the staff made this one of the best holidays we’ve had in a very long time.What really made our stay so special was the incredible team. There were so many members of staff who went above and beyond for us, including many whose names I unfortunately didn’t get, but whose kindness and smiles certainly didn’t go unnoticed. Every interaction, from the restaurants and bars to the pool, spa and throughout the hotel, was filled with genuine warmth and hospitality.A special mention absolutely has to go to the amazing spa team — Sen, Purti, Medley, Caroline and all the spa staff. They were truly wonderful and made every experience so relaxing, peaceful and luxurious. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the spa experience one of the highlights of our holiday. They created such a calm and welcoming atmosphere, and we left feeling completely relaxed and pampered.At the pool, Maleek was fantastic. He was always so friendly, kind and attentive, and every time we came to the pool he would make sure we had a pool chair in the spot we liked. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it really showed how much attention the staff paid to the little things that made our stay special.Deepak in the bar was another member of the team who went above and beyond. One day I was unwell and couldn’t make it to breakfast, and he remembered that I particularly loved the breakfast cake. He kindly saved some for me so I could have it later. It was such a simple gesture, but it meant so much and perfectly captured the thoughtfulness of the staff.Nmandi in the bar was also incredibly kind. When I was unwell, he made me a ginger tea, which was exactly what I needed. Then, on my birthday, he went the extra mile and made me a special drink which was absolutely perfect. His skills as a mixologist are amazing, but more than that, his kindness and attention to detail made the occasion feel even more special.Hakim was also incredibly welcoming and kind to us, and even made us a smoothie to try, which was such a lovely and unexpected touch.The chefs also deserve a huge thank you for being so accommodating, friendly and attentive. Hitesh in particular was wonderful and always made sure there was something we would enjoy eating at dinner. He was so kind and attentive throughout our stay, and we really appreciated the effort he made to ensure we were happy.And to every other member of the Ajman Saray team whose names I didn’t manage to get — thank you. Your smiles, kindness, hard work and hospitality did not go unnoticed. You all played a part in making our holiday so memorable.Ajman Saray is more than just a beautiful resort. It is the people who work there who truly make the experience exceptional. We felt so welcomed, looked after and appreciated throughout our entire stay, and the level of personal service was something we will remember for a long time.Thank you to the entire team for giving us such a relaxing, luxurious and genuinely special holiday. We arrived as guests and left with so many wonderful memories. We will absolutely remember the kindness shown to us and hope to return one day. ??Thank you, Ajman Saray, for one of the best holidays we’ve had in years.   We just dined at Bab Restaurant in Ajman Saray, and every staff member provided us with excellent service, always with a warm smile. The food was absolutely delicious. A big thanks as well to the Concierge staff, she personally escorted us to the restaurant, came back to check if everything was perfect, and made sure we were enjoying both our stay and the food. We truly had a wonderful experience and enjoyed it very much.

  Amazing hotel and staff

  We are currently staying in this amazing hotel for my 50th birthday on the 19th of September, we are in room604 which has lovely views over the ocean, the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean with comfortable bed and pillows, the food is very nice and up to now there has always been a good selection, most importantly is the staff! Every single member of the team cannot do enough to help you and always with a smile, Aju at the beach bar had us laughing all night he is absolutely brilliant, we have stayed in many hotels and this is right there at the top of the list I cannot find one thing to complain about, I will update at the end of our vacation as we are only 4 days in but things at the minute are perfect its very relaxed and I can't thank the staff enough

  Another Wonderful Holiday

  My wife and I have just returned from another wonderful 14 day all inclusive holiday at this excellent resort. Having been the same time last year we were welcomed back by all, from reception at 3am to departure all the staff were so friendly and helpful. To have such constant attention from a happy and efficient staff is a credit to the General Manager and his management team.Having said all the staff were great I feel I must mention several names, thank you NEERAJ and MALITH around the pool, it was good to see HAKIN and NNAMBI again thank you both yet again for your friendly manner.. As the Mejhana restaurant was closed the Bab Al Bahr restaurant provided excellent food and service at busy lunch times both inside and around the pool, thank you RACHEL for your service inside and PASHA around the pool. During the evening a special thank you to PANKAJ for your management and chef EMAKOR for the arranging and cooking of the lobster for my wife, an excellent chef who took time to visit tables to ensure guests wishes were carried out. Thank you AJU for your bar service and the conversations we had. It was good to see LIEZEL again thank you and LAKSHI for you friendly greetings each morning at breakfast.Finally a special thank you to METHU who seemed to be everywhere whether around the pool or at breakfast, this young man is a credit to the hotel for his friendly manner in a way far more than expected.Although I mention many names I am conscious there were many other staff who equally made this holiday memorable, a big thank you to all.
