I recently stayed at Al Ain Rotana ❤️and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, Mirasol⭐ at reception welcomed us warmly, handled our check-in smoothly, clearly explained all the facilities, and wished us a wonderful stay which set the perfect first impression.Our room was facing the pool, and it was beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.During our visit to Bodylines, Gul Bas⭐ gave us a great tour of the facilities, explained everything clearly, and kindly offered further assistance whenever needed. Throughout our stay, Manpreet⭐ from F&B was incredibly attentive and helpful whenever we visited the lounge and restaurant.I would also like to highlight Lady⭐ from Zest Restaurant, who warmly escorted us to the buffet, explained all the sections, and helped us find a comfortable place to sit. Despite being very busy, Prashant⭐ made the effort to check on guests regularly, including us, ensuring our satisfaction and offering support whenever required.Special thanks as well to Suman⭐ from Concierge for assisting us on several occasions and to Ramen⭐ from the Pool Bar for taking great care of us during our relaxing pool time.Overall, the hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care from the entire team made our stay truly memorable. We will definitely visit again and Al Ain Rotana❤️ has my full recommendation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stay at AlAin (AbuDhabi) for a week in Rotana Hotel and had an excellent accommodation. They had organized a day tour to AbuDhabi (car and driver) which showed us the important parts of the town. The restaurants at the Hotel are well organized and the quality is good. The reception and housekeeping are very friendly. We had a brilliant stay.
