It’s my first time in al ain then because of my friend rotana colleague we decided to spend our restday to rotana al ain and with that I would like to give a special compliment to Gabriel for his excellent service during breakfast at Al Ain Rotana. He was very attentive, polite, and welcoming throughout my/our breakfast experience. He made sure everything was comfortable and that I had everything I needed, while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.I truly appreciate his genuine hospitality and attention to detail. Lovely stay at the Al Ain Rotana

My stay at the Al Ain Rotana was really peaceful and lovely. Big Shout out to Stephanie for the upgrade to a nice pool facing pool room and to Mishal at the Resturant who took such good care of our dining experience I would definitely recommend a stay here... The best place to stay in it in AlAin. Whether you are coming for leisure or business, this hotel definitely the right choice.The rooms in the new wing are amazing and luxuries.
