The holiday village has a lift and features 434 rooms. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

    We booked an all inclusive staycation and we had the best time ever. Friendly check in staff, great food and drink options and the spa was great. Ernst bar was our favorite. We watched all the games with cold beverages and snacks. The room was clean and comfy. Overall best city staycation.     Booked a last minute all inclusive stay cay after a recommendation from a friend. In reception, you are immediately struck with the quirkiness of the hotel and there is a huge amount to visually take in. We were checked in quickly, upgraded to a Museum of the Future view room, and were settling in to our room within minutes. The room was a really good size, with a large comfortable bed, dressing gowns, toiletries, decaffeinated coffee (without asking), and some freebies in the minibar.There is a small and peaceful roof top pool with a bar, a gym, spa, and restaurants. The inclusive deal also included a 30 minute treatment which was amazing. The service of all the staff we encountered - reception, restaurants, spa - was wonderful.
