    rating17 May 2024

I booked the hotel for just 02 night from 10 May - 12 May and it was the worst decision i ever had choosing hotel. No water bottles are provide by the hotel you come all the way from travelling and found no water at all, then go find any shop to buy water bottles. secondly you found lot of cockroaches everywhere in the room on table, bed in cupboard. third cooling system is horrible they have split ac which leaks all the time.

Horrible customer service and horrible rooms

    rating26 Jun 2021

I just arrived couple of hours ago and I can already say that I made a huge mistake taking this hotel. The moment you enter the hotel, you feel unwelcomed. The reception staff was totally unfriendly and arrogant. The room was stinking of cigarettes. And the carpet is filthy. I had asked the reception to either clean my room or change it to which the reception staff blatantly replied saying I don't have rooms available. I knew he was lying as I checked online again and there were rooms available. Due to an emergency I had to take a room here for 4 days and the prices were affordable online. But that was a big big mistake. I would personally never ever recommend anyone to stay here again. This is my first and most DEFINITELY MY LAST TIME IN THIS HOTEL.#dubaipalmhotel#horribke#poorcustomerservice

    rating09 Jun 2021

i am a travel agent from India and my guest had booking from 9th June for 11 nights and we informed hotel well in advance guest will arrive on the 12th but hotel is so adamant that they said guest have to make new booking again and they didn't even want to refund for the old booking. They are trying to make money only and i am sure they behave same way to their guest as well which make the review of the hotel horrible by the other traveller as well

Perhaps absolute worst hotel we have visited and seen!

    rating01 Jan 2021

Stayed in Dubai a lot longer than anticipated and end up changing hotels several times and going where sale is.We tried to stay withing 4 stars and may be 3 stars on some cases. But this hotel is rated 3 stars. Let me be clear, we stayed in other 3 stars and even 2, and I have never seen anything more disturbing than that hotel. Why 9d this hotel 3 stars? How did they manage that?1. From receptionist was super not friendly and total unprofessional.2. The hotel smelled awful3. Offer no parking and no front personal to guide or help you at least unload your car etc4. The will refuse to five more than one key, the one you put to make room light up. 5. The lobby is so filled with many people, where everyone looking at you in a weird way as you are from a different planet.Where there many clubs and /or bazzar cheezy bars or not sure what as you are in a very trashy street corner. All that and not entered the room yet 6. The rooms are dark and carpet is brown since you can tell how dirty it is. The room smelled awful, between some kind of strange combination of spices and literly poop smell.7. Room of course didn't have water kettle or any Cafe or tea.8. Every hotel in Dubai charges 10 or max 15 Dirham for tourist fee, exceot this oneIt charges 20Again, my question is: how do they get 3 stars ratings? Who gives them that? For example we stayed at ibis styles who is categorized as 3 stars... Are you kidding me?If ibis was 3 stars, then Dubai palm should be -3 stars
