Location

    I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the warm welcome at reception to the overall quality of service. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and attentive, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, which made the stay even more enjoyable.The food was also delicious and definitely worth highlighting.I would like to give a special thanks to the waiter Gihan and the waitress Liya and receptionist Jenny for their outstanding service, kindness, and positive attitude. They truly made our experience memorable.I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly come back again.

    Its a nice location if you want to visit Palm Jumeirah west beaches. You can enjoy the party and entertainment, dining and bars and don’t need taxi or any car .you are in a walk distance.Thank you for jenny and Nwe in Reception for being so kind.

    Could not rate more highly - staff were fantastic - especially Jenny and Nwe - absolutely incredible service which makes it feel like coming home whenever I stay. I could not rate them more highly and will continue to come back.
