    We have stated in this hotel which was the worst experience I had. Hot water was cold yellow colour , room was smelly they changed but the issues didn’t disappear. AC works poorly no ventilation in bathroom . The bed was stiff uncomfortable to rest. The maintenance man came to fix hot water boiler was so smelly we couldn’t breath at the end we couldn’t stay there anymore in addition we got sick from the environment there . They charged us a lot and didn’t return money we just left after few days.

    The staff at the Admiral Plaza Hotel are outstanding. From the front desk to the restaurant, all are excellent…a must stay.

    First time I stay this hotel on 23rd August I like the hotel room nice and clean staff are well supported upon c/in they offer me good room overall nice budget hotel..

    Feedback on My StayThis was my first stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the overall experience. I stayed for 7 days and faced several issues:Breakfast & Food Quality: The complimentary breakfast options are very limited and repetitive. The fruits served were of poor quality, and overall food standards need improvement.Staff Behavior & Service: The staff seemed more money-minded than guest-oriented. The personnel at reception were not courteous or professional, which leaves a poor first impression. Service requests often took longer than expected.Value for Money: Considering the service quality, food, and staff behavior, the stay did not feel worth the price charged.Suggestion: I sincerely hope the hotel management works on staff training, improving food quality, maintaining better cleanliness, and focusing on hospitality. A little more professionalism and guest care can make a huge difference.

    My stay at Admiral Plaza Hotel was decent. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us with the baggage.The room we stayed in was clean and was well maintained by the cleaning staff.Breakfast was basic but ok. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite.Room view was really poor- just views of brick walls and people's laundry hanging.Unfortunately, towards the end of our trip - a gold chain which had been left within the room locker during the duration of our stay went missing. This was highlighted to reception staff with no success. Whilst the overall experience at the hotel was generally a positive one; the events of losing a valuable piece of jewellery with no explanation or resolution has let down the experience.
