    I would like to specifically commend Supervisor Mr. Shashank for his professional and efficient assistance. He addressed my request promptly by coordinating with the housekeeping department to arrange for floor polishing.Furthermore, I would like to recognize Mr. Rokan from the housekeeping staff for his diligent work. The quality of the polishing is outstanding, and the flooring is now in excellent condition.Thank you for the immediate and high-quality service provided by your team.
