Located in the Port Saeed area, this aparthotel is just 5 minutes from Deira city centre and not far from Dubai International Airport.

Facility

English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. Children can enjoy the playground. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car.     Though we booked it for a cheaper price, we didn't expect to be treated discriminatingly, unkindly and very rudely. The receptionist on duty on August 6 was never welcoming since our check in. Maybe the Management can train the staff to be welcoming and polite even when informing your guests of your policies. I think there's a right approach to it. Just because we have booked it with a cheaper price doesn't mean they can treat us inhospitably . We've been to so many different hotels, much newer, nicer and cheaper but we were never treated like this. We just had a very terrible experience. We don't mind how the kitchen sink stinks, how the rooms are quite old given the price we paid but at least we expect some good hospitality services from a hospitality unit like a hotel apartment. Right? We don't recommend this hotel and we're never going back.     This is my second time here in al jawhara hotel apartment. I like it because the place is nice, the staff are also nice and the rate is very affordable.
