This modern 10-storey hotel is centrally located on the Al Makoum Road in Deira, not far from the shopping centre of Dubai. It is a 10-minute drive to the international airport. The industrial and trade centre, the economic ministry, the city authorities, the clock tower, the Al Ghurair shopping mall, the Gold Souk, the golf and yacht club as well as the international exhibition centre are all to be found nearby.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 88 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     There were 3 of us who stayed at this hotel in November 2024. Unfortunately, despite booking for 3 people, we were given a room for 2 people and one person clearly did not have a bed and after our repeated follow-ups, they gave us a mattress so that one person could sleep on the floor!!! They told us that they would provide a bed tomorrow but they did not do so until the last day. The hotel reception is good and respectful. The hotel breakfast is served in a 12-meter room with two or three food items!!! The omelette is not free and has to be paid separately. The cleanliness of the rooms is also not appropriate. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel to families and as a good experience.

    Don't be fooled by some lower ratings , the hotel is actually nice to stay for a few days in Dubai, especially in the older part of the city, it's also cheaper than other options. It's true that you have to walk for a few minutes to get to the metro station but I didn't saw that as a problem, also there are always taxis around the hotel is moving quickly anywhere you want is not really a problem. The rooms were big and clean, the staff was very helpful and nice overall.     Worst Hotel Stay

    Worst Hotel Ever!!! Iam usually not the one to give negative feedback, but the management and staff have no courtesy or the right attitude, how to even speak to their guest. Upon Check in they gave me smoking room though I repeatedly said non smoking,even after complaining then they provided me another smoking room which is the Dirtiest Room! After several arguement they mange to give me a room which was decent, they tap water is just dirty and dark, nobody respond when you try to reach out to them. The hotel rules change as per their convenience some time they will allow the food delivery guy to deliver it to room ,other times they don't , when friends come to visit you be prepared bcz they will ask you for extra charge, even if there is no such written policies on your booking. They front office staff just want to make money ,very unethical , even if u are the guest and paid the security will ask you suspiciously what is your room number and followed by other irrelevant question. The hotel environment is not at hospitable.Very poor customer service!
